Finding Ease In Meditation
You don’t need to force your mind to be quiet. If sitting still feels difficult, if your thoughts keep pulling you away, or if meditation sometimes feels like another thing you’re supposed to be “doing right,” this practice is for you. This is a gentle invitation to relax into the cushion rather than struggle against your mind. We’ll let the body settle, give the mind permission to wander, and discover that meditation doesn’t require perfect concentration. As someone with ADHD himself, Christopher knows how frustrating it can be when meditation feels like trying to hold a thought still with your bare hands. You don’t have to. Come as you are. Sit down. Let yourself soften. And begin again, whenever you notice you’ve wandered.
