Life,
May I walk gently through this breaking.
Not rushing to fix what feels undone.
Not turning away from what aches.
May I allow what is falling away to fall.
Trusting that not everything that breaks is meant to be kept.
When I feel scattered,
Unraveled.
No longer who I thought I was.
May I hold myself with care.
And may I remember that I am more than what is coming undone.
That something deeper remains,
Quietly whole beneath the surface.
May I soften into this moment,
Even here,
Where things feel fragile,
Uncertain and tender.
And in this breaking,
May I begin to sense,
That something is not only ending,
But opening.
That even now,
Life is making space,
For what could not exist before.
And though I may not see it yet,
May I trust,
That I am still held,
Within the unfolding.
