This is Day 14 of the 28-Day ONE MINUTE Mindfulness Challenge. Today we will do progressive muscle relaxation where we tense and let go of different muscles noticing the difference in the two sensations. These are short, quick mindfulness exercises for teachers, parents and children to get a taste of what it feels like to commit to the self-care practice of mindfulness every day for 28 days.
