Find a quiet place to sit and then sit as comfortably as you can.

Find a quiet place to sit and then sit as comfortably as you can.

Make sure that your back is nice and tall like you are the most awesome person in the world.

And then find a resting place for your hands.

And then when you're ready,

Just allow your eyes to close.

And take a quiet breath in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

And then again.

Continue breathing on your own and see if you can allow your eyes to remain closed.

Today we are going to practice breathing slowly and fully together.

And we're going to count together up to ten.

While we are breathing and counting,

See if you can let the rest of your body remain still like a statue.

While you breathe in and breathe out.

Remember to be filling up your belly with your full breath.

And now we'll begin.

Breathing in through your nose.

One.

Breathing out through your mouth.

Breathing in.

Two.

Breathing in.

Three.

Breathing in.

Four.

Breathing in.

Five.

Breathing in.

Six.

Breathing in.

Seven.

Breathing in.

Eight.

Breathing in.

Nine.

Final breath.

Ten.

Excellent work.

Take one final deep breath.

And whenever you're ready,

Allow your eyes to open.
