Lay back, relax, and let go of all tensions as you float in absolute spaciousness. Let your body become one with the water as you float and drift in weightlessness and peacefulness, whether it be a pool or an ocean; a river or bath.

Gently closing your eyes and arriving with your whole self.

Your body and mind.

And find yourself gently floating in water.

Anywhere you choose.

It might be in nature,

In the ocean,

A lake or a river.

Or maybe a smaller space,

Like a bath or a pool.

Your body is weightless.

Held buoyant by the water.

As you float there.

Bring your awareness to the natural rhythm of your breath.

The inhale and the exhale.

And then lengthen each exhale.

Because long,

Slow exhales send messages of safety to your nervous system.

And feel the body's natural release on each exhale.

On every breath out,

You notice the feelings of relaxation deepening.

The water completely supports you.

Suspended in weightlessness.

Allowing you to soften and melt.

Any areas of tension or holding in the body.

And let everything else just fade away.

Knowing it is safe to relax and let go.

There's a deep quietness in the water with your ears beneath the surface.

The boundaries blurring between your body and the water.

Feeling completely boundless,

Weightless and free.

There's nothing to hold.

Just floating and drifting.

Suspended so peacefully in the water.

The sky above you,

An endless space around you.

Your body continues to soften and melt with each passing exhale.

Feeling as one with the water.

Feel the peacefulness and weightlessness as you float for as long as you wish.

Tonight is the coldest place in the world,

It is a beautiful location.
