I am Michelle White of Happy Inside.

Welcome and thank you for sharing this time with me.

Please take a few moments to ensure you're in a comfortable,

Supported and uninterrupted space and position that encourages deep relaxation.

And arrive with your whole self in this moment.

Because there's nowhere else for you to be right now but here.

Giving yourself the time you deserve to slow down and regulate your digestive system.

Know it is safe for you to let your whole body relax as you follow the sound of my voice.

To engage in the imagery through your senses and imagination.

And if your mind wanders,

Gently bring it back to my voice.

Letting everything else just fade away.

Tune in to the natural rhythm of your breath.

The inhale and the exhale.

And then lengthen each exhale.

Because long,

Slow exhales send messages of safety to your nervous system.

You are safe.

There's nothing to be afraid of in this moment.

Just feel the body's natural release on each exhale.

On every breath out,

You notice the feelings of relaxation deepening.

Softening any areas of tension or holding in the body.

And especially let the belly be soft and loose.

Everything outside just fades away as the body becomes heavier with relaxation.

Imagine all your muscles relaxing like a loose rubber band.

Feel them relaxing.

Allow what you are sitting or laying against to completely support you.

Knowing you are safe to let everything go.

Feeling loose and limp.

And this feeling spreading all the way through your body.

Time is slowing down.

Giving you all the time to relax as deeply as you wish.

And in a deeply relaxed way.

Comfortable and at ease.

Imagine yourself standing in a rainforest.

And the rainforest becomes more vivid and real.

As you see and feel around to the left and right.

In front and behind you.

You begin to notice the trees and foliage.

The colours and shapes of the leaves.

The trees with vines succulently entwined around their trunks.

And even the height of the trees right up into the canopy.

And on the ground the moss draped over rocks and logs.

And feel the earth under your feet.

As you stand there in the rainforest inhaling the nourishing beauty.

Breathing it in to your every cell.

Clearly hear the sounds there.

The birds and wildlife.

The rhythm of running water.

And the closer you listen the quieter you realise it is.

So peaceful and calm.

Deeply relaxing.

Even the temperature in the rainforest feels perfect against your skin.

You notice the different scents and smells that appear in the rainforest.

Flowers.

Leaves.

The earth.

And to one side from a distance.

You notice a small and gentle waterfall.

One that you could comfortably stand under.

And you can see and hear the water flowing in to a small shallow pool underneath.

And this small pool trickles off into a stream.

All the way through the rainforest.

Further than you can see.

And everything that travels down this stream dissolves and evaporates.

Far away from your body and mind.

From this distance you notice how clear and clean the water is.

And as you stand there getting a sense of the waterfall and pool.

You realise that this isn't just any water.

This water can support the removal of emotional and physical blockages.

By cleansing and washing away any stress.

Fears.

Worries.

And physical ailments including digestive upsets.

You feel drawn to this water.

Interested in its benefits for you.

Aware that the body is receptive to the processes of the mind.

So as you invite in the soothing,

Safety and relaxation of this water.

The body responds accordingly.

And the mind and body create an ideal environment of relaxation,

Safety and calm for a well functioning digestive system.

As you curiously stroll towards the pool.

You feel the grounding earth beneath your feet.

The leaves and sticks crackling.

The moisture on the ground.

And as you reach the small pool and stand beside it.

You notice its shallowness and the temperature that is just right for you.

It invites you to give all your fears.

Worries.

Stress.

And physical symptoms to it.

To be washed down the stream.

To dissolve and evaporate far away from your body and mind.

Feeling drawn to this water.

And even more interested in its benefits for you.

You step into the shallow pool now and stand under the gentle waterfall.

Feeling a deep calm and relaxation wash over you.

As this soothing water flows down over your body from head to toe.

Notice how all the muscles in your body relax.

Imagine them letting go like that loose rubber band.

Softening and releasing.

Deeply relaxing and soothing.

Feeling completely at ease.

And in a moment the waterfall will enter your digestive system through your mouth.

And travel through in three stages.

Your throat and esophagus.

Your stomach.

And then your small and large intestines.

So starting at your mouth.

Go ahead now and allow the soothing water to enter your mouth.

And travel down the esophagus.

The tube between your throat and stomach.

Gently soothing as it flows down.

Dissolving anything that doesn't need to be there.

The flow of the water just cleansing it all away.

And the protective qualities smoothing the tubular walls of your throat and esophagus.

Nurturing them to feel safe and secure.

And the water strengthening the lining and leaving a protective layer that's smooth and lubricated.

Allowing everything to flow through with ease and enthusiasm.

Feel the water penetrate into and relax all the surrounding muscles of your throat and esophagus.

Allowing them to completely soften and relax.

And your whole body and mind deeply relaxing with it.

Knowing the more relaxed you are the better your digestive system will function.

The water gently flows now into your stomach cavity.

Soothing and healing as it washes down.

Comfortably rinsing around to release all blockages.

Dissolving anything that doesn't need to be there.

Soothing areas that are painful or unwell.

Releasing all fears and worries.

Removing dread and anxiety.

Judgment and blame.

The flow of the water just cleansing it all away.

Smoothing the lining of your stomach.

Calming any inflammation.

Releasing old ideas from the past.

Feeling safe to allow new ideas to flow into and through you.

Digesting with ease.

And the water rebuilding and strengthening the lining of your stomach.

To leave a protective layer that's soothed and lubricated.

The water penetrating into and relaxing all the surrounding muscles of your stomach.

For them to completely relax and release.

Because the more relaxed you are the better your digestive system will function.

The water flows into your bowel now.

Making its way easily and comfortably through the small and large intestines.

Soothing and healing as it washes through.

Gently rinsing around to soften and release blockages.

Pain.

Pressure.

Waste.

Pockets of air.

And old ideas that clog and clutter.

Washing away judgment and blame.

And the burdens and expectations from yourself and others.

The flow of the water just cleansing it all away.

The water softening and releasing any waste.

Lubricating it to move freely through.

As the water continues to flow into the bowel.

It calms any sensitivities and inflammation.

While the water rebuilds and strengthens the lining of your bowel.

To leave a protective layer that's soothed and lubricated.

Allowing everything to flow through with ease and enthusiasm.

And the body and mind working together to create the ideal environment.

Of relaxation,

Safety and calm for a well functioning digestive system.

The cleansing water flows all the way to the end of the passage now.

With everything softened and released to pass through.

And leaves your body down into the stream.

Cleansing away anything that's left.

Washing it all the way down the stream to dissolve and evaporate.

Far away from your body and mind.

Feel the soothing flow of the waterfall cleanse and wash over you.

Inside and out.

While hearing words of kindness towards yourself.

I am calm and safe,

Relaxed and at ease.

I am doing the best I can and I honor that in myself.

I no longer hold unnecessary fears and worries.

And I release all old fears and beliefs.

I am safe now and I let life flow through me with ease.

I am steady and calm on the inside.

I am deserving of feeling well.

And I am responsible for creating the conditions and environment for my body,

My mind and digestive system.

So I will nurture and care for my body.

And along with kindness and gentleness.

I will maintain a diet that serves to heal and nurture the good health of my digestive system.

While staying relaxed and present to the process of life.

To create an ideal environment of relaxation,

Safety and calm for a well functioning digestive system.

And gently holding the benefits of the rainforest in your awareness.

And bringing them in to the present moment.

As you connect with your whole body and the space around you.

Staying in a relaxed state for as long as you wish.
