I am Michelle and you may consider me your trusted guide and companion.

Tonight we embark on a journey to create beautiful dreams.

You have always carried the deep understanding that your life holds purpose.

Throughout the day,

Your mind collects ideas and data that it processes as you sleep,

Coming up as signs or symbols in your dreams.

Sometimes wires get crossed and the insights are delivered in dreams that you may not enjoy or you may not remember.

With this practice,

You will enhance your dreaming experiences.

Dreams contain information that may guide you toward what feels true and right,

While also highlighting what doesn't align with your needs.

The sacred time is solely for you.

A guilt-free moment to indulge in the experience of your own body as you delve into profound inner realms.

There is no correct or incorrect way to proceed.

Allow each moment to suit what brings you the most joy.

Trust yourself.

Trust your calm,

Reassuring inner voice that grows clearer as you find stillness.

You are the only priority right now.

Allow your mind to be playful,

Soothing,

Listen to your body and discover any areas of tension that you may release with each conscious breath.

Life can sometimes become so hectic that we overlook what is happening with our bodies.

Now is the time to honor this beautiful vessel that carries you through each experience,

Keeping you alive even when your attention is focused elsewhere.

Thank your body for being a treasure trove of resources and wisdom.

Every moment it does its best to protect you and keep you well.

Exhale deeply with a generous sigh,

Signaling the end of the day and your well-deserved mental vacation.

Open your mouth and inhale a deep,

Delightful breath.

Feel your lungs completely until you can take in no more air.

And then exhale through pursed lips,

As if blowing out candles and making a wish.

As you do this,

Make a wish for yourself.

Allow the first wish that comes to mind to bring a smile to your face as you imagine its fulfillment.

This wish may become the force that influences your dreams throughout the night.

Take another deep breath,

Inhaling through your nose or mouth,

Whichever feels most comfortable.

Feel your chest expand and occupy the space within your sanctuary.

Experience the fullness of this healing air.

Open your mouth once more,

Releasing a yawn that signifies surrender to tranquility.

Lower your guard as you exhale again through pursed lips,

As if dispersing the feathery seeds of a dandelion clock,

Making another wish.

Visualize these seeds spreading across an emerald meadow of grass and wildflowers,

Gently carried by a night breeze.

They take root and grow instantly into a field of dreams.

Inhale one more conscious breath,

Embracing expansion,

Satiation,

And contentment.

Yawn if you wish,

Then exhale as if blowing out a single candle.

This time you wish for peace,

For your well-being,

And the ability to appreciate all the wonderful things about to unfold.

Take a moment to notice all the pleasant sensations within the sanctuary of your room,

Within the sanctuary of your body and mind.

Return your breath to its natural rhythm and feel yourself sink deeper into your bed,

Turning your attention to your body as we embark on a body scan.

Picture a rainbow stream of soothing light that washes over you like an incoming tide.

This radiant light flows from the crown of your head,

Cascading down your body to the soles of your feet and tips of your toes.

Those are known to inspire dreams,

Hope,

And transformation.

The seven bands of light aid in your transition to relaxation,

Sleep,

And the sweetest of dreams.

Imagine the prismatic light enveloping your face and eyes,

Bringing warmth and softness.

Feel your eyebrows relax and let go of tension in your facial muscles.

Imagine we hold tension in our jaws,

But now your jaw is completely at ease.

Allow your lips to gently part and let your tongue soften as each color of light washes over you in a healing wave.

It carries a unique meaning and significance.

Like symbols in a dream,

These visualizations offer deeper meaning.

Red symbolizes physical energy and vitality,

Directing your attention to the flow of your own life force.

Express gratitude for the circulation of blood and oxygen,

Sustaining your health.

Orange ignites creativity and curiosity as the light stimulates these aspects within you.

Connect with a time when your creativity flourished and engage with that part of yourself.

The color yellow brings happiness and evokes thoughts of the sun,

Known to increase serotonin levels.

Green connects you to nature and well-being.

Blue evokes a sense of peace,

Found in a clear sky and sea.

Indigo,

Reminiscent of the night sky,

Invokes mystery and deep contemplation.

Red awakens spirituality and imagination.

Together these colors of the light spectrum stimulate facets of your being that profoundly influence your dreams.

The vibrant bands of light flow over your neck,

Offering a gentle pulsating massage.

They cascade over your shoulders and arms,

Causing them to relax and drop away from your body.

Your arms and joints soften,

As if being soothed in healing water.

The light blankets your torso,

That rises and falls with each breath.

Like a string of pearls,

Each vertebra settles delicately into your bed,

Aligning perfectly amidst the sparkling light.

The multi-hued light glides over your pelvis and hips,

Loosening any present tension.

It then travels down your thighs,

Knees and calves,

Imparting a warm,

Tingling sensation.

Gently it sweeps over your ankles and the tops of your feet.

The soles of your feet release,

And your toes feel as if they are floating in lukewarm water.

The light continues to envelop you in a protective bubble of comfort.

The rainbow acts as a barrier,

Shielding you from anything that doesn't align with your desire for soothing,

Sweet dreams.

Feel a sense of warmth,

Safety and serenity wash over you as you surrender further.

As you embrace this great surrender and relaxation,

Repeat to yourself,

I am letting go,

I am tuning my body and mind to the frequency of healing sleep and sweet dreams.

When you focus on beautiful imagery,

It becomes easier to regulate your nervous system.

You send a signal to your brain that you desire more of this state of being.

Your nervous system stands down as energy flows where your concentration goes.

As you listen to your body,

It is easier to soothe what is most in need.

Imagine that choosing your dreams is as simple as visiting your favorite shop and selecting items that spark joy.

Imagine it's like perusing a travel brochure and having the freedom to travel anywhere in the world and even beyond,

Simply by electing to go there.

In this bubble of rainbow light,

You align fully with beauty,

Peace and creativity.

The light travels deep within you and you follow its path,

Exploring a new landscape within where countless possibilities are about to unfold as you peacefully drift towards the dreamscape that awaits you.

Letting go once said,

I dream of painting and then I paint my dream.

And tonight and in the nights that come,

Always remember you are the artist that paints your dreams.

Before we dive into a visualization,

Let your body know that you are listening.

Imagine calling your subconscious mind,

As if calling a friend you've known your entire life.

And on this call,

Let your subconscious know that you are open to insights and you are listening every night to what it has to say.

And because you are so attentive,

It may show you dreams that are gentle and subtle.

Tell your subconscious mind the kinds of dreams you desire and need tonight.

Your subconscious mind lets you know that if ever a dream is too intense,

You have the freedom to drift to the next dream.

The call ends with an understanding that your subconscious mind is ready to aid you any way you like.

Visualize yourself boarding a vessel in a quiet cove,

Surrounded by protective sea cliffs.

You settle comfortably on the deck of the boat,

Your head resting in a basket formed by your interlaced fingers.

The saltwater air is cool and misty,

And you ravel in the plush comforts of a blanket that wraps around you like a cocoon.

Without a care in the world,

You set sail on the calm sea.

The boat is named Sweet Reverie,

Which is painted in glittery gold cursive across the smooth wooden exterior.

The timeless vessel is known to be a boat of good dreams,

Carrying you toward the horizon where wakefulness and sleep converge.

The starry sky above serves as a vast canvas,

Adorned with countless shimmering lights that ignite your imagination.

Each star holds the promise of a dream,

A hope,

Waiting to be fully experienced as you embark on this voyage into slumber.

The sky is a masterpiece,

Painted with rich,

Saturated hues,

As if Van Gogh himself has colored the skies.

Bands of velvety purple merge with vibrant raspberry pink,

Creating a celestial tapestry that captures your gaze as you sail out deeper into the sea.
