Let's begin this meditation by finding a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to relax and your mind to become receptive.
Close your eyes gently and take in a deep conscious breath through your nose,
Allowing the air to fill your lungs completely.
As you exhale through your mouth,
Release anything that doesn't feel good,
Creating the space for what does.
Inhale once more,
Imagine every single molecule of oxygen travels throughout your body,
Empowering life.
Let every intake of air remind you of the abundance in this world.
And then exhale,
Sending out your intentions and desires.
Imagine the wide net of the universe,
Catching and supporting them,
Launching them into reality.
Continue to breathe deeply,
Finding a natural rhythm.
Each inhalation reminds you of the limitless possibilities that exist in the world.
Each exhale carries your dreams and desires out into the cosmos.
Now in this dreamy state,
I want you to imagine a movie screen on the back of your closed eyelids.
This is your personal cinema,
A creative canvas where you can visualize your dreams coming to life.
Begin by recalling a pleasant memory from your past.
Let this be something that you once dreamt of and made happen.
See it play out on the screen with vivid colors,
Sounds,
As it evokes certain sensations that feel good.
Relive this moment and feel the joy it brings to your heart to see yourself on the screen.
Now shift your attention to another screen that's right beside the first one.
This screen represents your dreams and desires that you've yet to achieve.
Visualize what you hope to manifest in your life right now.
See it as clearly as you can.
Playing out like a scene from a movie you memorized long ago.
Capture all the details,
The sights,
Sounds,
Textures,
And emotions.
Feel the excitement and rejuvenation that this manifestation brings you.
As you continue to breathe in a relaxed way,
Switch your focus back and forth between these two screens,
The past memory and your current dream.
Allow the immersiveness of these screens to make both scenarios feel equally real and tangible.
Feel the joy of your past memory merging with the anticipation of your future manifestation.
You are living in a space where your dreams are being realized.
Continue to watch as these screens overlap one another,
Merging once more,
Existing all at the same time in this beautiful present moment.
