Take a moment to appreciate the fact that you're here,
Alive and breathing.
Your body carries you through countless moments,
And even if challenges arise,
Remember that your body is a miracle in motion,
Even if something isn't how you want it to be.
Your body is accomplishing millions of things to keep you alive,
Even without your attention.
Let's take another deep breath,
Inhaling the vibrant energy that surrounds us,
And exhaling any doubts or insecurities.
You are exactly where you need to be on this journey.
Every step,
Every choice helps you nurture your well-being.
As you continue to breathe,

Forge a deeper connection with your body.
Tune into its rhythms,

Imagine the smile on your face,
Uncontrollable and genuine,

You may release obsessive thoughts with the affirmation,
I'm doing my best.

Notice how these words make you feel.
Breathe into them.
Investigate the tone of that chatter in your mind.
The voice that speaks to you the most in this life will always be your own.
Your own.
Make sure it is kind and supportive,
Forgiving and adaptable.
Knowing each little choice will lead you to your goal.
You do not need to take big actions or overwhelm yourself.
Just one simple adjustment at a time.
Slowly easing into practices that become routines.
Free of pressure.
Full of joy for the changes you are capable of making.
Revel in the newness of small changes.
The feeling of aliveness that comes with stepping a bit out of the comfort found in the familiar.
You've got this.
