Music Today's meditation is called Opening to Love.
And we begin by taking some long,
Deep,
Slow breaths,
Remembering to extend the belly on the inhale,
Pulling it in on the exhale,
Nice and slow.
In our mind's eye,
We notice extending out from our physical body about two to three feet is our beautiful energy field.
We notice within this energy field is a beautiful,
Beautiful red light.
Think about the color of a tomato or red peppers.
This beautiful red fills up our whole energy field and penetrates through our being.
Just breathe in red.
It comes right through your body,
Filling you up.
Keep breathing.
Now we notice this beautiful red coming down through the bottom of our feet,
Down through the floor,
Into the earth.
We notice this energy just travels deep within the earth,
Pulling us down.
We feel a pulling sensation,
Feeling not only our physical bodies,
But our energy body is being pulled onto the earth and secured to the earth.
And at the bottom of this energy,
Deep into the earth,
We see hooks that hook this energy onto the earth,
Into the earth,
Deep in the core,
Firmly securing us and grounding us here.
Continuing to breathe,
Breathing through the red.
We now draw our attention up into the heart area in the middle of our chest.
We notice with our mind's eye a beautiful spinning vortex of light that extends out from the middle of our chest.
It looks like a small,
Little spinning tornado that extends out around eight inches.
This is what we call our heart chakra,
Which is where we give and receive unconditional love.
In noticing this chakra,
This heart center,
We also fill our energy field now from red to a beautiful green.
We think of the color of grass or the leaves on the trees,
This deep,
Rich green.
We fill our energy field.
We breathe in green.
Our whole being now is filled with green.
Continuing to breathe,
Noticing the heart area,
This heart chakra area.
We notice this little spinning tornado that sits on our chest is spinning beautifully.
It's open and spinning,
Spinning and spinning,
Perfectly spinning.
We continue to breathe and we repeat these statements to ourselves.
I give myself permission to love and to be loved.
Take a breath.
Exhale.
Watching these chakras,
If they look like they're not spinning in our mind,
We just simply imagine them spinning again.
The next statement we repeat,
I am worthy of love.
Taking a breath and exhaling.
I deserve love.
Stating this to yourself.
Inhaling,
Exhaling,
Observing the chakras,
Continuing to create this spinning sensation if they're not.
The last statement is I am love.
Repeat this as you're breathing.
I am love.
Allow this to be your mantra for the day or as many days as you'd like to use it.
I am love.
Throughout the day,
Continue to say this to yourself quietly or out loud.
I am love.
Realizing when I don't feel love,
I am the one that is blocking or resisting.
And we simply choose to reopen and allow it in and remind ourselves again,
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
