This meditation is designed to help you pause, come back to yourself, and reclaim the rest of your day with clarity and intention. It guides you through deep rest, gentle release and a grounded reawakening so you can return to your afternoon feeling centred, renewed and steady. As someone with fluctuating energy levels and a real need for reset points throughout my day, I created this meditation to give my nervous system space to recalibrate and recharge. For those of us living with CPTSD, ADHD, ASD, fibromyalgia or any chronic condition, our ‘spoons’ can disappear fast. This practice is my way of adding fuel back into the tank — a gentle pause that helps restore our energy’s elasticity, support our capacity, and help us avoid burnout as we move through the rest of the day.
