My nervous system isn't built to believe affirmations so well yet but I do them sometimes in the hope it might bypass something and that I can learn to feel enough safety in myself that the affirmations feel trustworthy and safe. Beautiful track, will come back to it x

Maybe speaking a little fast but a real nice collection of relaxing tasks - breath, checking in on areas of your body, appreciating yourself and ending with some small stretches and energising your body.
