Welcome to the cleansing rain meditation. This beautiful rain and thunderstorm was recorded on the garden island of Kaua'i, Hawaii, In the middle of the Pacific Ocean, The most distant land mass from anywhere else in the world. And as you listen to this rain and this storm from your comfortable place, Just allow yourself to feel relaxed as each breath flows in and out, And just feel the storm, The rain cleansing and purifying you as you stay safe, Secure, Dry and warm inside, And letting this energy of this tropical storm, This sacred rain, Wash through your whole being, Leaving you feeling relaxed and cleansed. As you breathe in, Just let yourself fill up with wonderful, Good feelings, As if there is a source of pure, Healing, Cleansing energy that you breathe in, That clean, Pure air, That beautiful energy. And as you breathe out, Slowly and gently, Just letting go and releasing anything that doesn't serve you, Being cleansed and letting the rain take any old energy away, Allowing yourself to feel cleansed and relaxed.
