This is a track that beginner and intermediate meditators can use as their standard, everyday meditation. My "Everyday Meditation #1" is 7 minutes long, and this one, "Everyday Meditation #2," increases to 15 minutes. So, it's still beginner-friendly, but I suggest you start with the 7-minute one and move up to this once you feel ready to challenge yourself a little more. This track has a mix of guidance and silence, and I take you through a range of practices, including checking your posture, scanning your body, and returning to the breath when you're distracted.
