This is a guided meditation to help you release resistance and the need to control so you are more and more in sync,

Aligned,

And able to go with the flow in your life.

So let's begin by getting comfortable,

Whatever that means for you,

Preferably seated in a chair as long as you're upright.

And when you're ready close your eyes and we're going to begin with some deep breaths,

But then inhale and exhale.

And inhale.

And exhale.

One more inhale.

And exhale.

And as you continue this rhythm and breathing,

Feel yourself begin to settle in and relax.

Notice if you experience any tightness or sensations of restriction.

Breathing in and out and just noticing where you feel tight.

Whether it's in your body or maybe it's something in your life.

An experience,

A relationship,

A challenge,

Whatever it is,

This is an opportunity to bring it forward and release it.

So feel into wherever there is this sense of resistance or a need to control.

Breathing in and out.

And as you bring this to your attention and maybe a feeling in your body,

Your breath diffuses the edges and the tension for each inhale.

And exhale circulates your energy and creates a flow within you.

So any stuck energy or blocks and those sensations of tightness begin to dissipate as you relax and release.

And as you continue to breathe,

You may feel a flow within the universe and your atmosphere,

And the air that surrounds you and is within you.

This flow is aligned with your highest good.

And when you feel it,

Allow it and connect with it,

You become in sync with this current and beautiful flow of energy.

As you breathe and align,

This flow begins to carry you upward and forward,

Releasing and lightening you,

Settling into it and feeling it throughout your body,

Your mind,

Your spirit,

And your soul in flow.

A feeling that is weightless and enlightening for all your troubles and all your restrictions dissipate and release.

As you breathe and move energetically along your way,

So peaceful and so tranquil,

All you do is surrender.

Each breath guides you,

For you feel it and you know it.

You are safe and it is okay to let go and allow.

As you continue to inhale and exhale,

Aligned with this beautiful flow,

Let's sit deep in the silence and allow the feeling to carry us,

Breathing and centered,

Flowing and peaceful right now.

You are safe and you know it.

You are safe and you know it.

You are safe and you know it.

You are safe and you know it.

You are safe and you know it.

You are safe and you know it.

You are safe and you know it.

You are safe and you know it.

You are safe and you know it.

You are safe and you know it.

As you continue to breathe deep in the flow,

So free and easy,

You have let go of what no longer serves you or is aligned with your highest path.

So relaxed and aligned.

A fluidity that guides you as you surrender into this moment and allow this beautiful feeling carry you so peaceful,

Tranquil and easy.

Breathing in and out.

This flow is you.

You're connected and moving at your perfect pace and speed.

And know that whenever you need or feel it's a time to check in,

You can ground and center through your breath and awareness.

Tuning into this flow of the universe and your soul on its path.

Breathing in and out.

Begin to feel your body from your toes all the way up to the top of your head and to your fingers.

Gently coming back.

Feeling your space.

Where you are.

One more nice big breath in and out.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes and come back to your free and fluid flowing experience.
