Day 3 (of 30). Hello fear, you are right on time. Fear will come up as the gatekeeper to your next level - it's totally ok. The important thing is that you stay calm and very steady. Keep coming back to your commitment, to your plan and realize that this fear rearing it head is just a part of the process. Fear always like to get involved when your start challenging the status quo. It's that is the part of you that wants to stay exactly where it is and convince you that things are ok.
