Day 17 (or 30). Movement is the way out of pretty much anything, but especially if you find yourself feeling any lower vibrating emotions and also it is what will keep you evolving and elevating your life, your energy, and your health. Move your body, move your life. When you are in motion physically and mentally, your life mirrors that. Fear loves stagnation, so things in motion tend to stay in motion. This doesn’t mean you don’t pause and take breaks, those are also important and can be used to reset and prepare for more movement. The key is to keep moving, keep questioning and trying new things, be out in the world engaging with people around you, move your ideas forward, move your body, move your emotions, keep on moving don't stop!
