A moving door hinge never corrodes.
Flowing water never grows stagnant.
Movement is the way out of pretty much anything,
But especially if you find yourself feeling any of the lower vibrating emotions.
And also it is what will keep you evolving and elevating your life,
Your energy,
And your health.
Move your body,
Move your life.
When you are in motion physically and mentally,
Your life mirrors that.
And even the kind of movement you do wakes up different energies in you.
Like going dancing versus yoga are both great ways to move and can be used to activate different parts of you and allow for different kinds of release.
It is important to keep moving and to know what kind of movement you need to support your growth.
Personally,
Movement is my medicine and has changed my life,
But it wasn't always like that.
I started out as a star athlete in high school and moved all the time.
Then something happened and I had a period where I burned out from the gym and I stopped moving.
At the same time,
I was the most disconnected from myself I had ever been.
That's no coincidence.
This entire program was born out of my desire to make a change in my life.
I knew I needed to move more and get myself out of the funk that had taken over.
So I put myself on a 30-day sprint to work out and move my body every day.
I came alive again.
I felt myself change.
I felt powerful and confident from the movement,
But also from keeping my word to myself as a part of the mental movement I was committed to as well.
The point is,
You will never come home from a walk in the park or yoga and regret it.
I promise you that.
I can also promise you that learning to shift your energy with movement is one of the most powerful tools to keep you moving forward in life.
Remember,
Fear loves stagnation,
So things in motion tend to stay in motion.
This doesn't mean you don't pause and take breaks.
Those are also important and can be used to reset and prepare for more movement.
The key is to keep moving.
Keep questioning and trying new things.
Be out in the world,
Engaging with people around you.
Move your ideas forward,
Move your body,
Move your emotions.
Keep on moving,
Don't stop.
