
Day 1 - Commitment

30 Days to Change Program. This is Day 1 (of 30) if you would like to listen to the whole playlist. Today is about commitment. I recommend you commit to doing something for 5 minutes a day for the next 30 days which you will do along with listen to the daily audios. Pick something super small and doable like mediation, stretching, walking, journaling, etc but remember you are only doing 5 minutes, this is a key component. The idea is to begin to become aware of the dialog you are having with yourself when you set out to be consistent with your daily action. What you are saying to yourself and how you move through the resistance that comes up is a key step in staying committed and beginning to make changes to your mind.
