So much of our modern world is built on keeping us chasing — through digital media, social approval, and even our spiritual identities. The ego thrives on “never enough,” whether in likes, achievements, or the image of being a good meditator. In this talk, we’ll explore how craving keeps us restless and how mindfulness reveals another way. By seeing through the chase, we can soften the grip of ego and discover the freedom of simply being here — awake, at ease, and able to enjoy the ride.

I love these snippets from your longer talks. I spend about 10 minutes a day on social media and it’s really helpful to go onto social media with awareness. So when I get that little charge from a bunch of likes or responses to something I post, I don’t get caught up in it or attached. In fact when I try to do is go inside and feel the sensation in my body and say oh, this is what a dopamine hit feels like. lol (awareness)
