Close your eyes.
Just make sure that you're in a comfortable position.
You might need to make a few adjustments.
Make sure your back is straight.
And just at your own pace,
Take a few deep breaths in and out through your nose.
So really opening up on the inhales,
Expanding,
And a very slow exhale.
And at the end of your next exhale,
Allow your breath to be natural.
Just let it find its own rhythm.
And ask yourself,
What is it that you want more than anything else in the world for yourself?
What is it that you most intrinsically want to feel,
To know?
And now let that fade away.
And bring your attention to your breath at the tip of your nostrils.
Just feeling the breath as it enters and exits through your nose.
And once you become aware that your mind has wandered,
Just very gently feel that release back to the breath.
Back to the peace and the stillness of your breath.
And as we begin to come out of the meditation,
With a big inhale,
Take your arms over your head,
A big stretch.
And as you exhale,
Gently lower your arms and slowly open your eyes.
