Get comfortable and close your eyes.
Breathe in deeply and exhale slowly.
Exhale out any stress,
Tension or tightness you feel anywhere in your body.
Focus your attention on your neck and allow all the muscles in your neck to become very soft and limp.
Very relaxed,
Feel the tension melt away.
Now allow all the tiny muscles in your face,
Your cheeks,
Your chin,
Around your eyes and in your forehead to completely relax too.
Allow it to happen naturally.
Allow it to become very easy and quick the more you practice.
Notice now and relax your entire head area.
Any tension just floats away.
Feel the lightness and relaxation coming over your entire face,
Chin,
Neck and slowly beginning to flow down your shoulders,
Massaging them and relaxing them,
Melting away any tightness you have there.
Feel as the relaxation slowly expands to your chest area and down your arms,
All the way down to your hands and even the tips of your fingers.
Relaxed,
Very relaxed and now the relaxation is all over your belly and your hips and you feel very calm.
It's so wonderful here.
Now your legs begin to feel relaxed too,
Soft,
Limp and heavy.
The relaxation goes all the way down to your feet and even your toes.
Everywhere feels so comfortable,
Heavy and completely relaxed.
All it takes to relax your body is just you wanting it to happen.
You control your body and your mind and so you allow the relaxation to fill up your entire body and it feels so wonderful and it's so good for you.
I want to remind you that as you sleep tonight,
Your body will wake up if you ever feel the need to use the bathroom.
Your body was perfectly made and from now on you'll see that your body automatically wakes you up when your bladder feels almost full.
You'll sleep light enough to feel that and when you have an almost full feeling in your bladder,
Your body simply wakes you up from your sleep and you get up from your bed,
Go into the bathroom and use the toilet.
Your body is growing and it'll give you that special signal when it's time to use the toilet and you can be assured that your body will wake you up.
Imagine for a moment that your body is a robot controlled by your brain and you are the big boss in control of everything.
Just imagine this.
Now we're going to send a new message to your brain on how to control your body.
We are putting the message into your brain to know that when your bladder feels full,
The bladder sends a message very quickly to the brain.
The brain then sends the alert signal to your body and you automatically pull the blankets off,
Walk into the bathroom and use the toilet.
You wake up fully,
Long enough to pull the dry blankets off you.
Get out of your dry bed and walk into the bathroom to use the toilet.
Your brain is so amazing.
It really does do this for you and it's so fast you won't even notice.
All you'll know is that every night you wake up when you feel the need to use the restroom and you immediately walk into the bathroom and use the toilet.
You'll wake up easily and sleep lightly enough for this to happen anytime.
Your body is an amazing machine.
Your brain is a powerful supercomputer.
Before your body slept through the messages but not anymore.
Now your brain knows exactly what to do and will wake you up each night and your bed will remain dry as a desert.
Now that we've sent the correct dry message to your brain on how to wake you up,
Your bed stays dry all the time,
Your blankets and sheets stay dry all the time and you feel wonderfully warm and dry all night.
You can feel good about yourself.
You can feel good about how perfectly your body works and how dry you stay all day and all night.
You can be proud of yourself for your progress.
Your bladder is easily able to do its job effectively all night long.
It's getting stronger each day,
Growing as you grow and learning to do a perfect job.
Thank your bladder for being able to help you and for doing such a wonderful job,
Helping you stay completely dry.
Thank your brain for doing its job so wonderfully and sending you the wake up signal so that during the night you can stay completely dry.
I'd like you now to let go of any feelings of sadness or anger that you may have had for past accidents.
It's not your fault and no one is to blame.
Your body is growing and changing and your brain had decided that you needed to sleep so deeply that you couldn't hear the message.
Now your brain understands you want to hear that message and it's important to send that message even when you're sleeping very well and you'll wake up before you have to use the toilet.
You'll have plenty of time to get into the bathroom.
You'll fully wake up and use the restroom and then go back to bed and sleep deeply and comfortably.
All your body organs and muscles work in perfect harmony to keep you dry,
To keep your bed dry and your blankets and sheets dry so you can enjoy your accomplishment and feel proud of your brain and your body.
They are your good friends who will take care of you.
You've done a terrific job and I'm so proud of you.
You're so relaxed now as you drift off into dreamland to rest fully and relax deeply.
You can be sure that you'll wake up later on to hear the message to get out of bed to keep your bed dry.
