Today we're going to learn how to relax our bodies and our minds. Get comfortable and close your eyes when you're ready. Take in a very deep breath and fill up your tummy like you're filling up a big balloon. Doesn't that feel good? Give your balloon a color. What color is your balloon? Make it really big and beautiful as you fill it up completely. Breathing in from your nose, Fill up your balloon completely and when it's full, Exhale all that air out and watch your balloon completely deflate. Isn't that amazing? Now once again, Take in a very deep breath and exhale very good. Now just imagine that you're floating on a huge white cloud. Feel how this fluffy light cloud totally supports your body and makes you feel so peaceful and light. The cloud seems to wrap itself around you so comfortably so you feel safe and warm. You have a feeling of being loved and cared for. It feels so wonderful. Feel yourself floating on this soft, Wispy cloud now, Enjoying the gentle motion of this loving cloud as it glides and softly sways. There is a feeling of total peace and easiness. It feels so wonderful just to relax here. And relaxing here, All your worries just seem to disappear. You feel so calm, So good. You know that life is a gift and each day we must release our worries and focus on the good things in life. Release your worries now. Let them float up far, Far away from you while you continue to relax and enjoy this special time here. Now with all your worries gone, You start to feel the sun shining. It's shining its beautiful, Warm rays down on you and you feel very warm. You feel loving feelings in your heart. It's so wonderful and you feel so loved. You know you are such a wonderful and special child. You are unique and amazing. Always remember that and keep the special feeling in your heart all the time. There is no one else like you. You are an important part of the universe and no one else can do exactly what you do in the way you do it. Feel how knowing that and feeling that love, It fills up your heart and it makes you feel so good. Remember to take time each day to relax, To release your worries, To love yourself, To share that love and to focus on good things. When you do this, You will find peace. Your heart will be filled with love and you will know what it means to be joyful. Now when you are ready, You can float back down on your soft, Wispy cloud and come back to this room. This was a wonderful journey.
