You are here with me now for a very important reason.
You are taking good care of yourself.
You are taking control of your life and you know that listening will bring about positive changes.
And the more often you listen,
The easier these changes are and the more fun it is to imagine and then realize the good positive changes that are taking place.
We are using a very special relaxation technique that allows you to take control of your eating habits and feel wonderful about yourself.
By using this audio often,
You'll find you're getting healthier each and every day and you feel wonderful about yourself and your life.
We're going to focus on good ways to bring your body to its ideal weight,
To be healthy and vibrant.
From now on,
You're going to better understand how to care for your body and you're going to love doing it.
I know that you're excited to be here listening,
Taking care of you,
Taking control of your life and your eating habits.
I'm excited to be here with you as well,
Sharing this wonderful experience.
Listening this audio on a daily basis will help you reach your goals much faster.
Simply allow my voice to guide you and inspire you.
Just by listening,
You have shown that you're in control and that you desire wonderful,
Positive,
Healthy change.
You control your choices,
Your thoughts and your body.
Relaxing and listening to my voice may feel like daydreaming,
But here it's daydreaming with a purpose.
You may feel like you're sleeping,
But you'll just be in a deep,
Comfortable relaxation.
We're going to work on some ideas you have about yourself and create new healthy ideas to live by.
You'll feel open to the positive suggestions that are best for you.
We're going to create our ideal body image in our minds and when we do this,
We naturally do things that easily and steadily move us towards the goal of a happy,
Healthy,
Energetic body with an ideal weight.
We'll use relaxation exercises and positive affirmations to create a healthy body and mind,
To lose extra weight that you don't need anymore and implement healthy habits for every day.
It's fun and you're going to see how great you truly feel inside and out as you make new healthy choices.
You'll find that each time you use this relaxation,
You sink deeper and easier into total relaxation.
So lie down now and get comfortable.
Relax your body a little so it feels good.
Now close your eyes and take in a deep,
Slow breath and then exhale gently.
Allow your body to relax fully and deeply.
As you begin to trust yourself more and more,
You'll find that you'll be able to fall into instant relaxation just with the sound of my voice because you know how it feels so good and it feels so familiar and calming.
Relaxation is good for you and you're taking care of yourself and reaching your goal of a healthy body.
You're reaching your goal even faster because you're focused and determined.
The natural healthy changes I suggest to you are fun and they come naturally as you continually focus on taking care of yourself and choosing to consciously be aware of your food choices and your health.
Inhale deeply again and feel the breath flow all the way down to your tummy.
Allow your tummy to rise with your breath like a wave,
Slowly and gently.
And then exhale completely.
No need to rush.
Just relax and let go of each breath.
Feel all the tiny muscles around your eyes relax and let go.
Take in another deep breath and guide the breath to any area in your body that needs relaxation.
Relax your shoulders completely.
Allow them to sink down.
Allow that comfort and ease to extend to your neck.
Feel the soft gentle relaxation soothe all the muscles in your neck,
Your shoulders and your face.
Allow your jaw to open slightly and to relax fully.
Feel comfortable,
Easy breathing as you let go.
You don't even have to think about it really,
It just happens.
You just relax and let go.
You feel your legs relax and you notice how your tummy,
Hips and thighs automatically relax with the sound of my voice.
Your body sinks down comfortably as everything starts to feel light and dreamy.
You become more and more relaxed with each and every word I say.
It just happens naturally,
No need to try.
You're just allowing yourself to further relax to the sound of my voice,
To enjoy the comfort and reassurance that you are not alone as you allow my voice to soothe you and allow the soothing relaxation to comfort you as you relax deeply.
You don't have to think of anything.
Your mind does the thinking and you just allow it to keep on thinking as it wants.
But you don't have to pay attention to those thoughts and you let them float by while you continue to relax deeply here with me now.
Notice now as your body continues to relax how very good you begin to feel.
Freedom from thoughts,
Freedom from worry.
You just experience feelings of peacefulness,
Calm and relaxation that fill up your entire body.
You might start to sense a feeling of being very light,
Maybe even like you're floating on a cloud,
Gently and easily.
Allow your body and mind to continue to relax and to feel good,
Not thinking of anything,
Just enjoying the sensations and relaxation and knowing that everything is alright.
You deserve to feel good and to be taken care of.
You deserve good things.
Now on the screen of your mind allow an image to form.
Imagine your body at its ideal weight.
If you can't imagine exactly how you'll look at your ideal weight,
Just imagine yourself healthier than you are right now.
With good tone in your muscles,
Feeling healthier and feeling good about yourself,
Thinking positive thoughts about you and about your body.
Notice in this picture how you hold your body.
Notice the confidence you have as you walk along,
Feeling good.
Feeling good about yourself inside and out,
Holding your head high,
Knowing what a beautiful person you are on the inside and out.
Keep this picture in your mind,
Allow it to come to you several times a day,
The healthy,
Slim,
Attractive you that you truly are.
I want you to know that you are a very special person.
I know that you're sensitive to and that's a good thing.
There is something very important for you to know and keep in mind.
It is that you are in control of your emotions and you can make good healthy choices for your life and for your body.
You are the one in control of your choices and of your thoughts and of your actions.
You are lovable and you have many wonderful gifts to give this world.
It's time to start really loving yourself and recognizing the wonderful,
Beautiful person that you are.
You've spent enough time hiding.
Now it's time to show the beautiful,
Real,
Lovable you.
You'll find that it's easier and easier every day to make good food choices,
Healthy food choices that nourish your body in a positive way,
Healthy nutritional choices that allow you to easily and effortlessly get to your ideal body weight.
Picture again now your inner,
Thinner,
Healthier you.
Notice how you look.
Notice how your muscles are lean and firm.
Notice how comfortable you are in your clothes and how easy it is to move around,
To run,
To jog,
To play.
See yourself doing the everyday activities that you love to do and notice how easy it is to slip into your clothes,
How easy it is to move around and be active.
See your thin,
Healthy self as you go through your day and how wonderful you feel as you look at your body and you feel your body.
Slip into your new,
Healthy,
Ideal body now and feel how wonderful it feels.
Look at yourself in the mirror.
You look amazing.
This is the new you,
The healthy you,
The you that you deserve.
You notice that it's so easy to move your body.
You naturally begin to move your body more and more each day because it feels so good.
It's fun and enjoyable.
You find yourself seeking ways to move your body because it's what a body is meant to do.
There's no particular effort involved.
It just feels good to move more each day,
Taking walks and enjoying daily movement that our bodies were designed for.
You find that your body naturally and easily slims down.
Your body seems to crave light,
Healthy,
Natural,
Whole foods that easily move you towards your goal.
Feel how you walk and hold yourself in your slim,
Healthy body.
This is your body.
This is how your body is evolving.
Watch yourself now sitting down to eat a delicious healthy meal.
Foods that are natural and taste delicious.
Foods that nourish your body and make you feel so good.
You eat with careful attention,
Slowly and mindfully,
And you enjoy each and every bite.
There's no need to rush because the food will always be there,
Just like it has always been there before.
Care to chew your food well and pay attention to all the wonderful flavors,
Slowing down and enjoying it,
Even putting your fork down in between bites.
There's always more food.
And you know you can and will eat again whenever you feel truly hungry.
You'll notice now that you want to eat only when your stomach tells you that you are actually hungry and only then.
Hunger in your stomach may feel like a gentle squeezing,
Letting you know that your body needs nourishment.
Your tummy might rumble or do something else to communicate with you in a special way so you know when it needs food.
This is when it's time to eat.
Don't wait too long,
But allow yourself the time to understand what hunger actually feels like so that you stay in tune with your body.
Each time you nourish your body when it's hungry and only then,
You're sending a wonderful message to your body that you care about it and that you are paying attention to it.
When you are not physically hungry,
Your mind is occupied with other things.
And in the past,
You may have turned to food to relieve stress,
But you find that your mind is able to find other ways now to deal with stress,
And it begins finding those ways even now as I'm speaking.
You begin to associate food only with physical hunger.
You recognize that food is fuel for your body.
It is there to enjoy thoroughly when you're hungry,
And you easily stop eating now when you're satisfied.
You take your time and enjoy each and every delicious bite of wholesome food.
You might find yourself putting your fork and knife down in between bites to completely enjoy the tasting and the chewing experience and allow fullness to register in your body.
As you eat slowly,
Your stomach will feel the satisfaction as it receives the food,
And you will know when it's time to stop eating because you feel satisfied and you no longer feel the hunger.
You pay close attention to your body and the signals it gives you.
Your body is your friend.
You eat only when you're hungry because you are caring for your body and you are paying attention to it.
You stop eating when you're satisfied and when your body sends you the cue that it's no longer hungry.
You enjoy each bite.
There's no need to think about a diet,
And there are no bad foods.
You eat what you truly desire,
But only until you're satisfied.
Because you are caring for yourself,
You make sure that your body is fed with the best nutrition and best wholesome healthy foods.
You find yourself simply drawn to eating healthy,
Delicious foods that are perfect for your body.
Notice how you are getting healthier and healthier each and every day.
Your clothes are fitting better.
You feel them beginning to get looser and looser as your muscles firm up and you get closer to your ideal body weight.
You are feeling better and more confident each day,
So vibrant and alive and so happy.
You realize that taking care of yourself starts from the inside out,
And loving who you are is the first step.
You see,
You have to look beyond what you think you see sometimes.
Gently put aside difficult things that you've heard in the past or unkind messages you've received from others or even from yourself.
The focus is on a positive you now and discovering more about the wonderful person that you are and that you are evolving into.
You look within and you see the extraordinary beauty that is within you and all of that love that you have to share.
There is so much kindness and greatness within you.
You are truly extraordinary and you are really ready to shine.
There is no one else in the entire planet like you.
No one who has that special inner spark like you do.
You hold your head high now.
You feel more confident and happier inside and your body is simply reflecting these positive changes in your choices.
And the changes can even be seen in your posture,
In your thoughts about yourself,
In your outlook on life.
You walk with more confidence.
You look others directly in the eye and you feel great about who you are.
There is only one person who must approve of you and that is you.
Loving yourself and giving yourself the approval you need is your key to happiness and success.
As you continue to make good healthy food and drink choices and move your body more,
You notice the wonderful results.
Your body is getting slimmer and healthier each and every day.
You are becoming the image of your ideal you.
You eat natural,
Healthy,
Nutritious foods when you are hungry and you simply stop eating when your body tells you that it is satisfied.
You simply walk away because when you are satisfied,
Food no longer interests you.
Maybe you can go for a walk or do some other activity that makes you feel good and your thoughts naturally move on to something else.
