Hello,

This is Melissa Dormois and I'll be your guide tonight to your deep sleep and total body relaxation audio.

You're about to go on a wonderful journey of very deep levels of relaxation that will allow you to enjoy the benefits of a peaceful,

Natural night's sleep.

As we start this journey together,

All I ask is that you find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed and all you have to do is lie back comfortably.

So do that now.

Exhale fully and close your eyes.

You have experienced relaxation before,

But this total body relaxation will be deeper than you've ever experienced because you were choosing to allow that to happen.

So allow your breathing to be comfortable and natural as you begin to allow my voice to relax your mind and your body.

You may find that just the sound of my voice alone seems to begin to relax you as you easily follow along with my words.

There's nothing to really think about right now.

Just listening to my words flow into your awareness and begin to relax you as you follow along.

Any outside noises or thoughts that may appear,

Just allow them to float on by and focus on the sound of my voice.

I'd like you to imagine now a beautiful warm light like the sun above your head.

This beautiful light is warm,

Glowing,

And comforting.

Imagine now that this brilliant light is sending rays of warmth and relaxation down on you which starts to flow in from the top of your head.

Imagine see and feel that happening right now.

Notice how right away it begins to relax and calm your mind.

Ease tension just by its flow,

Just with its relaxing warmth.

It begins to wash away any tension and stress.

The relaxation slowly,

Ever so slowly begins to spread down throughout your body.

From the top of your head flowing down now,

Notice the muscles in your forehead begin to relax.

The lines are smoothed out and you feel all the muscles around your eyes release tension and feel so comfortable.

Notice the velvety soft feeling behind your eyes and how it relaxes you so deeply.

Your whole face seems to relax now.

Your eyes and even your eyelids relax.

Your mouth,

Your lips,

Your tongue,

Your cheeks,

And even your chin relaxes.

Open your mouth a little bit and allow your jaw to separate comfortably in order for that to relax too.

Just allow yourself to let go.

Feel the warm relaxation flowing to all areas,

So deeply relaxed,

Peaceful,

Feeling so good.

Now allow the warm waves of liquid relaxation to continue to flow down,

Down to your shoulders and back,

Soothing any aches or pain,

Washing away any stress,

Relaxing you at the deepest level,

Slowly flowing down your arms,

Your hands,

Into your fingers and your fingertips.

Relaxing every place it touches,

Flowing into your chest,

Relaxing all your chest muscles.

Exhale and it travels all the way down into your stomach area.

This amazing warm liquid relaxation just relaxes everything in its path,

Every cell,

Organ,

And every fiber of your body just seems to exhale deeply as it's washed in wave after wave of soothing peacefulness and calm.

Adjust your body if need be and allow that relaxation to continue to flow,

Flow all the way down your spine,

Relaxing each and every bit of tension out,

Relaxing each and every vertebrae.

This relaxation radiates out on each side of your spine now to encompass your whole back and all of their back muscles.

You may notice that your back begins to feel heavy and comfortable or perhaps it feels very light but in either case you just continue to sink deeper and deeper into this wonderful state of peacefulness,

Of deep body relaxation.

And notice now the waves of relaxation continue to flow down your body,

Through your pelvic area,

Traveling down your upper legs,

Relaxing your thighs,

Releasing any tension,

Releasing any strain anywhere that you feel,

Just bringing such deep relaxation that you decide to dive even deeper into this experience of letting go,

Of trusting the process of letting go and how wonderful your body feels in this moment.

Comforting waves of relaxation continue to travel down through your body into your knees,

Onto your lower legs and your feet,

Your toes,

The soles of your feet,

To every inch of your entire body.

And now you find yourself feeling completely at ease,

Totally peaceful,

Deeply,

Deeply relaxed and comfortable,

Almost weightless,

In this moment feeling so very,

Very good.

And in this deep state of bodily relaxation your mind feels comfortable and free,

Weightless almost.

Your mind is becoming more deeply relaxed,

Deeply relaxed just as your body has.

Waves of relaxation enter your mind and with each wave it just relaxes your mind deeper and deeper still.

Thoughts float by on a puffy cloud,

Just floating on by.

For this moment you can simply relax deeply and enjoy this beautiful space of velvety darkness that surrounds you like the wonderful warm blanket of comfort.

Notice how you can experience your thoughts changing almost as if you were dreaming and you notice that these are just thoughts,

They're not you.

And actually you could choose or choose not to focus on any of them whenever you want.

If you wanted you could zoom into any particular thought or you could simply let it float on by like a cloud and not really focus on anything at all.

Just perhaps the sound of my voice guiding you into a deeper still state of relaxation.

It's quite clear to you and even during your waking state you come to recognize that you can choose what thoughts you want to focus on and which thoughts you want to disconnect from and allow to float on by.

So start to notice now that you're breathing in a particular way and as you're breathing so comfortably and so calm,

So effortlessly,

Notice that your mind begins to relax even more deeply.

That's right,

Just letting go,

Relaxing more and more.

Have you ever felt so relaxed that you've just fallen asleep?

It's a natural process and I'm sure you've noticed that you drift into a sleep-like state easily and naturally as we're here together.

You can remember this time when you're deeply relaxed,

Remembering the feeling and continuing to deepen and spread that relaxation,

Just allowing your mind to get more and more peaceful,

More and more relaxed.

Find yourself doing that now so that your mind takes you on a journey inward,

Deeper and deeper into a wonderful,

Comfortable,

Peaceful meditative state and notice how your body and your mind together become very,

Very still and quiet.

Your body relaxes automatically in many ways.

You can breathe in and out comfortably and your subconscious mind can integrate all kinds of helpful ideas and ways of being.

And as soon as you notice your breathing,

You'll realize that your subconscious has been breathing for you all along and as soon as you make that realization,

You begin to go even deeper into relaxation because you know that your body has everything under control.

And now find yourself pleasantly floating in a peaceful bliss of soothing relaxation and harmony,

Being at peace with yourself,

With your life experiences and everything around you.

You have a deep knowing that things are going to work out for your good.

The universe is constantly working in your favor and the more that you allow your mind to know that truth,

The more evidence of that you will find in everyday life.

Imagine now a beautiful outdoor setting somewhere peaceful and tranquil and see yourself calmly strolling along a winding path towards a magnificent fountain,

A fountain you see in the distance up ahead.

And as you get closer to the fountain,

You discover this is a magical healing fountain with beautiful white light that's healing to the mind,

Body and spirit.

So walk the winding path,

Feel the cool stones beneath your feet and as you get to the brilliant fountain,

Go ahead and gently step into the fountain and notice that as you stand here now that large droplets of white healing light cascade over you and fill you up.

You feel the wonderful light embrace you,

Almost seeming to caress you somehow inside.

Allow this cascade of healing to surround you and infuse your entire body,

Every single cell of your being with joy,

With happiness,

With peace and comfort.

Something feels so wonderful and almost familiar about this state of being.

Total peacefulness and calm.

You feel centered,

Balanced.

You feel home.

So very wonderful.

Breathe in deeply now,

All of the wonderful healing and calming properties,

Breathing deeply within,

Taking it deep inside of you,

Radiating it out and exhaling slowly,

Knowing your whole body has longed for this.

Stay here for as long as you like with this wonderful experience enjoying the fountain and the serenity that it brings you in body,

Mind and spirit.

You can return to this special place at any time just by simply closing your eyes and remembering this beautiful experience.

Now what you're experiencing right now is actually a natural state.

The subconscious is truly amazing.

Our subconscious mind holds many things that help us function on a daily basis.

However it is important to realize that sometimes we hold on to things that aren't serving us well in our lives,

Beliefs or ideas that may actually hinder or hurt us rather than helping us along.

But by using guided imagery you're actually reprogramming your own mind in wonderful healthy ways for a more relaxed everyday experience.

To be able to handle stress better,

To relax more deeply and to sleep well at night.

You'll begin to notice now that you'll fall asleep faster every night,

You'll sleep better and you'll be completely at peace at the end of the day.

You might decide to do a quick daily review at the end of the day in order to evaluate how you can improve in life,

But that only lasts a few minutes and answers to your personal improvement come quickly and then you're at peace again.

You hold the power to deeply relax yourself at any time,

To put thoughts on hold for later or simply know that not everything is worth your time and concern.

From this place of peacefulness that you're experiencing right now in this moment,

You're able to see your life and yourself from a different perspective.

This perspective helps you understand that every experience in life is really our teacher.

This is true for situations and people as well.

You recognize that we are all always doing our best at any given moment.

That's why you find it easier and easier to forgive yourself and others,

To let go of things and to move on to better experiences that bring you joy and peace.

As you're now feeling very comfortable,

Calm and relaxed and you can focus inside,

You realize that the inner kingdom of your mind is a wonderful and fascinating place.

That's right and that means that every night as you begin to relax your body lying there in bed,

Your mind becomes very calm and you achieve a full night's sleep,

Deep and natural sleep,

A very restful sleep.

And when you awake in the morning,

You feel completely refreshed and fully rested,

Full of energy,

Vitality and positivity as you begin a brand new day and brand new experiences.

That means that every night as you lay down to go to sleep,

Your body automatically starts to deeply relax every muscle in your body.

Your mind automatically relaxes deeply as soon as your head hits the pillow and you go to sleep very easily,

Effortlessly.

You find it easy to just let go and relax each and every single night.

And the very interesting thing is that our deep subconscious mind continues to work,

Continues to work on our questions even while we sleep peacefully.

You may even surprise yourself to find that when you awaken the next morning,

That your mind brings those answers to the forefront.

So you sleep peacefully knowing that you'll awaken with new information,

New ideas,

Answers to your questions easily and calmly and that you'll sleep so,

So good.

Breathing naturally and comfortably,

Relax.

Imagine saying to yourself,

Sleep now.

That's right,

Sleep now and let your mind and body totally relax,

Total relaxation.

You can drift into a comfortable,

Restful sleep right now.

Simply realizing that you have this wonderful connection.

It allows you to easily relax and let go of all thoughts,

Deeper and deeper relaxed with every word,

Feeling perfectly content,

Peaceful,

Feeling wonderful in every way.

As you sleep soundly and comfortably,

You sleep throughout the night,

Feeling happy,

Carrying this calm,

Contented sense of relaxation over into your waking hours tomorrow.

Feeling so wonderful.

The next time you choose to do this meditation,

You'll find that you go into it even more easily and more deeply.

You've done an amazing job.

You are such an amazing person with a warm and magnetic personality,

Creating such a positive effect on all the people around you,

All the people with whom you come into contact each and every day and this recharges you.

This special journey that is yours and yours alone.

I want you to know that you've done such an amazing job today,

Making this a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing experience and your subconscious mind easily accepts all the positive suggestions.
