And thank you for being here to meditate with me.
In this practice,
We are just going to take three mindful breaths.
This is a practice you can take with you and practice anytime you need just a moment to decompress,
To reconnect,
And to be in the moment.
Now let's begin by breathing all of the air out of the body through the mouth and now breathe in through the nose,
Sigh it out through the mouth,
Breathe in through the nose,
Sigh it out through the mouth,
Last one breathe in through the nose and sigh it out through the mouth.
Now let the breath return to its normal pace and continue on with your day a little bit more mindful than you were before.
