Hello there!

My name is Melissa and thank you for being here to meditate with me.

We are just going to take two mindful breaths.

Now you can do this practice anytime on your own when you need just a moment to decompress,

To connect,

Or to take a pause from whatever you are doing.

So let's start by breathing all the air out of the body through the mouth.

Breathe in through the nose,

Sigh it out through the mouth,

Breathe in through the nose,

And sigh it out through the mouth.

Now let your breathing return to normal and continue on with your day with just a little bit more mindfulness.
