And this meditation is part of my Mindful Breathing series.
In this practice,
We are going to take four mindful breaths together.
Now this practice,
No matter how many mindful breaths you do,
Can be taken with you and used whenever you need just a few moments to decompress,
To connect with yourself,
And to take a pause from your busy life.
Let's begin by breathing all of the air out of the body.
And now breathe in through the nose,
And sigh it out through the mouth.
Breathe in through the nose,
And sigh it out through the mouth.
Breathe in through the nose,
And sigh it out through the mouth.
Last one,
Breathe in through the nose,
And sigh it out through the mouth.
Now let the breath return to its normal state,
And continue on with your day with a little bit more mindfulness.
