When I was a kid, my mom would softly recite the multiplication table to help me fall asleep; it was comforting, steady, and it always worked. Now, I’m sharing that soothing rhythm with you. Good evening!

This is a strategy that my mom used to use when I was a kid to help me fall asleep,

So I thought I'd share it with you.

And I'm just going to be reciting the multiplication tables.

This is the shorter version of this meditation sleep aid thing,

And I'll upload a longer version with more multiplication tables as a premium track.

So let's get into it.

Just lay down.

Notice your body.

Get really comfortable wherever you are.

Hopefully in bed.

Maybe on a couch or sleeping bag.

Wherever you are,

Just prepare your body for sleep.
