Hello there,

My name is Melissa and I'm going to guide you through this very quick meditation.

Wherever you are,

Settle in to where that is and start to notice your breath.

You're not changing anything about your breath,

You're just noticing.

If the mind wanders,

Gently bring it back to the breath.

We always have the breath whenever we need a moment.

Take a few more moments to breathe mindfully.

And now gently bring your attention to where you are,

Any sounds,

Smells,

Sensations.

And now you can continue on with your day,

Feeling a little more mindful.
