My name is Melissa and this is part of my mindful breathing series where I guide you through just a few mindful breaths to take a pause out of your day,
To reconnect with yourself,
And to help you be better prepared to take on your day.
This practice is 10 mindful breaths,
So let's begin by breathing all of the air out of the body.

Breathe in through the nose,
And breathe out through the mouth.
Breathe in through the nose,
And breathe out through the mouth.
Breathe in through the nose,
And breathe out through the mouth.
Breathe in through the nose,
And breathe out through the mouth.
Breathe in,
And breathe out.

Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Now let your breathing return to its natural state.
And return to your day with a little bit more mindfulness.
