Hi everyone,
We're going to be going over the golden sun in meditation and this is a tool that is really helpful to call back all of your energy to the present moment,
To really fill in all of your being with your light,
Love,
Joy,
Power,
Truth,
Anything you want to fill yourself with.
You can add any other energy that you'd like to really embody to your golden sun.
I love to fill in with maybe the opposite of what I'm struggling with.
So if I'm feeling really doubtful or maybe not grounded,
Then I'll call in a grounding energy or I'll call in empowerment or trust or clarity.
So you can really play with this one and make it your own.
And when we're grounding,
When we're releasing energy,
When we're doing all of this really powerful energy work,
This is a step that people often forget.
We kind of release and become these empty vessels,
Which is amazing,
But then sometimes we forget to call our energy back and fill in.
So it's a really important step to any of these practices and I'd recommend adding it to the end of all of your meditations.
And you can also do it anytime you feel a little rundown or lacking or depleted throughout the day.
Call your energy back,
Create a golden sun.
And similar to the other tools,
It can be a golden bubble.
It can be a flower.
It doesn't have to be a sun.
It can be whatever comes through for you.
But I've always really resonated with the sun.
So make it your own.
Let's close our eyes.
Get comfortable.
With this tool,
You can be sitting up,
Laying down,
Wherever.
Take a few deep breaths.
Just get present.
This will be a very short recording as this is something I would just add on to all the other recordings or any other practice that you're already doing.
And it's really simple.
Softening your belly,
Letting your breath come through that expanded belly,
Up your ribcage,
Your heart space,
And down your shoulders.
Maybe softening your face and your jaw.
Taking a few rounds of breath to drop in.
To really come here.
Noticing what you're experiencing,
How you're feeling.
Honoring all of it.
And honoring yourself when you don't and when you're maybe resisting or having a hard time.
And then creating a giant golden sun above your head.
You might tune into this with your mind's eye.
You might maybe feel this forming above you or simply setting the intention.
And this golden sun is magnetic.
And with ease,
It calls all of your energy back to this very moment.
Any energy you've maybe scattered,
We do it in our day-to-day.
We leave a little bit of us with family and friends and at work.
We often have a lot of our energy in the future.
Check in those to-do lists.
I'm so guilty of this.
And that's okay.
But our awareness is so magical.
So just bringing that back.
Bringing all your energy back to this moment.
Letting it fill in this golden sun.
And this gold,
It's a cleansing color.
It's a very high vibrational color.
One of the highest vibrations we can really allow and embody.
Some of the higher vibrations kind of kick us out energetically of our bodies.
So this is a beautiful color and energy and texture to use.
And it heals.
It releases.
So as we call our energy back,
If we're maybe bringing some energies we want to release,
That gold neutralizes it.
And it really brings it to our highest vibrational essence.
Letting this get bigger and bigger and brighter and brighter.
And sometimes we give ourselves these little teeny golden suns.
Nonsense.
Let them be big.
Sometimes you can make it as big as your entire house.
Definitely bigger than your body.
And then as you're ready,
Let that golden sun pour into your body,
Head to toe.
Filling in your entire aura.
I often see us looking like bright,
Shiny golden eggs with our bodies,
With our auras that surround us.
And let this gold pour down your grounding cord.
Let this gold pour into any areas of release,
Any areas of discomfort or pain.
And notice how this feels.
Notice what your essence feels like.
Sometimes as we do these practices,
We realize that we haven't been in our bodies much.
And it can feel uncomfortable or scary.
So it might feel beautiful and it might feel absolutely not.
And that's okay.
It's a process.
It's a practice.
Keep filling in with your light,
And you will notice shifts.
We'll take a few more breaths here.
