This meditation is best done in the morning when you awake from sleeping. Take a few minutes to focus your attention and awareness on your physical, emotional, and energetic body. Decide how you would like this day to feel as you move forward.

Hello,

Good morning.

This is a quick meditation for you to center and ground yourself when you first wake up.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Open your mouth,

Exhale,

Let it go.

Stretch your arms and your legs and then settle in and get comfortable.

Bring your hands to your body,

Ground your energy into the land beneath you and just ask yourself,

How am I feeling today?

What emotions are present?

What physical sensations am I feeling right now?

Can you release tension from your body?

Can you notice where you are holding on and you can just let go?

Can you have gratitude for the day that is ahead?

Gratitude for being healthy,

Wealthy and wise?

As you move throughout the day,

Can you find feelings of joy and excitement and happiness?

Can you be excited for what opportunities lie ahead on this wonderful day?

What do you love most about this life?

What do you love most about this body?

How is it that you want to show up today?

What energy are you presenting to the world today?

Sometimes you feel like you've woken up on the wrong side of the bed and if so,

Is there an opportunity,

Time to go back for just 10 minutes and try again?

Each day is a new beginning,

A new start.

Each day filled with new opportunities and what does this day have in store for you?

Can you get up,

Go out and be the best version of yourself that you can be today?

What does that even mean,

The best version of yourself?

Only you know.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Relax and soften as you exhale,

Release the breath.

Go out and enjoy your day and make it the best one possible.
