Let whatever you do today be enough.

Let go of the judgment you have about what you should be or what you could be doing.

And just for today,

Allow yourself to simply be exactly as you are.

Let your shoulders soften.

Allow the expression on your face to be calm,

Maybe choosing to close your eyes or set your gaze low.

Let whatever you do today be enough.

Let go of the judgment.

Comparing yourself to others and your journey to others may feel habitual,

But it gets you nowhere.

It could make you feel worse and doesn't get you very close to your goals.

So now is a good time to stop paying attention to where everyone else is and start giving yourself permission to be exactly where you are.

Quiet the inner voice that is telling you to do more and be more.

And trust that in this moment,

Who you are,

Where you are at,

And what you are doing is enough.

You are perfectly imperfect just as you are.

You will get to where you need to be in your own time.

Until then,

Breathe.

Breathe and be patient with yourself.

Let whatever you do today be enough.

Let go of the judgment.

Life can be challenging.

You are not alone in your struggles.

You are doing the best you can to cope and survive amid your struggles.

And that is all you can ask of yourself.

That is enough.

It's enough.

You are enough.

Let whatever you do today be enough.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Breathe it out with a sigh.

As you open your eyes and gaze around the room,

Bring a smile to your face and bring to mind something about this life that you are grateful for.

Perhaps this is a person,

A special place,

Or a sacred memory.

And let whatever you do today be enough.

Thank you for being here and meditating with me.

Have a perfect day.
