So just taking this moment,
Finding your breath,
Take a breath in,
Exhale,
Sigh it out,
Letting all the tension dissolve and drain from the body,
Allowing the body to settle into this moment,
Feeling the support beneath you rising up to hold you,
Feeling the weight settling into that support,
Like sand through an hourglass,
Feeling your energy just coalescing and pouring into this now moment,
Letting go of anything that's occurred in the past,
Letting go of anything that's about to transpire in the future,
Just allowing yourself to be oh so present in this moment,
Feeling the energy centers of your body lining up along the spine from the sacrum,
Behind the belly button,
The solar plexus,
The gut,
The heart,
The throat,
The third eye,
The crown,
Just feeling these energy centers lining up and connecting to the earth beneath you,
That powerful,
Nurturing,
Mothering energy from Mother Earth coming up through your feet,
Through that root chakra,
Building into the center of your belly,
Just gentle,
Loving earth energy,
Nourishing,
Supporting,
Loving,
Feeding you.
And from the heavens above,
Imagining through the crown,
Through the top of your head,
Energy from the cosmos,
Wisdom of the ages pouring in,
Coming down this column of energy,
Meeting in the middle,
Father Sky and Mother Earth feeling the energies blending in the center of you,
You being the bridge between the two.
So connected with the heavens,
So connected and rooted into the earth.
You are powerful.
You always have been.
You always will be.
This is the nature of who you are,
Connected to the earth,
Connected to the heavens and the cosmos.
The energy of the two blending in the center of your being.
Today,
Beloved,
Is an opportunity to find the alchemist within you.
That part of you that knows how to transmute and change substance into something completely different.
Scanning through your being,
What is that limiting belief that's been holding you back,
That's been keeping you down?
What is that belief?
Maybe it's about your health.
Maybe it's about who you are,
Not good enough,
Unlovable,
Unworthy.
Maybe it's about finances and your ability to create your own wealth within yourself.
Maybe it's a belief of separation from those around you or from something higher than you.
Find that belief.
It is so very rare that beliefs are born within us.
They're often handed down through circumstance,
Through past generations,
Through cultural beliefs,
Traditions.
Imagining a blanket of energy,
Like a sieve,
Like a strainer,
Starting deep below you,
Six feet below you,
And is so wide that it is six feet in front of you,
Six feet to every side of you,
And six feet behind you.
You could imagine this blanket of energy,
This sieve coming up through your energy field,
Gathering this belief,
Gathering all the energy of it,
All the times it's been spoken to you,
Demonstrated to you,
Every time you've thought it,
Just scooping this idea,
This belief up and through your body,
Through your energy system,
Through your mind,
Through your thoughts,
Through your even soul,
Scooping this up and bringing it out.
Pulling this idea,
This belief out of your system and imagining it in a satchel.
Maybe that's cloth,
Maybe it's a container,
But now it's outside of you.
It's separate from you.
It's no longer within you,
No longer within your energy.
It is now outside of you.
See it,
Feel it,
Sense it.
It's been here for a while.
It's been here to teach you,
To teach you the truth of who you really are.
Chances are this belief has been around for generations.
See it for what it is.
It's a lie.
It's something that has been here to keep you down,
To keep you disempowered,
To keep you disillusioned from who you really are,
The powerful creator that you are,
And the powerful destroyer that you are.
I want you to thank this wise teacher that's been here with you.
This revealer of truth.
And if you are ready to be done with this lesson,
If you're ready to release it,
Call forth your alchemist.
Imagine putting your hands on this vessel on the satchel,
Blessing it,
Infusing it with love.
And in a moment,
You'll send it back from whence it came.
But before you do,
I want you to imagine putting a warning label on it.
You're going to send it back through time,
Through space.
Send it back from whence it came,
But with a caution,
A warning.
This idea,
This thought,
This belief is dangerous.
It's disempowering.
It's a lie.
This is not true.
Whatever warning you want to put on it,
Whatever feels appropriate,
Even if you want to put on it toxic.
With love and gratitude in your heart,
Love for the teacher,
Love for the lesson,
Love for who you've become,
Because you are no longer part of it,
And it is no longer part of you.
I want you to imagine with an intention to send it back from whence it came.
Maybe it came from a single individual,
Maybe it came from a group of people,
A generation of people,
An organization of people.
But I want you to send it back with love and appreciation along with the warning label.
And once it reaches them,
See it going through them,
That warning label touching them,
Up leveling their awareness,
Their consciousness with this new understanding and see it go through them and to every other being every other person that in some way touched this,
Believed it,
Participated with it,
Danced with it.
Send it back beloved through all time through all space from whence it came.
Up leveling the consciousness of every being that ever participated with this idea.
Freeing the generations beyond us.
Liberating yourself,
Liberating all your ancestors.
We no longer need to play or dance with this belief.
For it is transmuted.
The lesson has been learned.
You now know a higher truth about yourself that you are powerful.
You can create a new story now.
And how wonderful it is to bless the lessons and the teachers that have come along the way,
The generations from the past,
All our ancestors.
How beautiful it is to identify this belief,
To be complete with it,
To be free from it.
To know yourself in a new way.
You are pure potential.
You are infinite love.
Taking another long deep breath,
Sending it away,
Letting it go,
Coming back into the room.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
