Begin by finding a comfortable position.

Label it.
Easily allow it in your awareness without trying to change anything,
Without resisting anything.
The mind may be very busy with thoughts,
Doesn't matter.
Thoughts come into the mind spontaneously.
Let them go the way they come,
Effortlessly.
Not trying to push them out,
Not resisting thoughts,
And also not following them.
Continue to be easily aware of whatever is happening.
You may be experiencing thoughts,
Sounds.
There may be emotions present.
You'll feel sensations in your body,
Pleasant and unpleasant.
Just naturally the mind notices these things.
If you become aware that you're trying to change anything or push anything out,
Let that go.
Simply be.

Not resisting anything,
Not trying to change anything.
Naturally noticing what's going on.
Breath,
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Sensations.
Not having to do anything about any of it.
Simply being.
Not minding what the mind says.
Letting go of the meaning of thoughts.
Making our thoughts to be a meaningless activity in the mind.
Easy,
Open awareness of whatever is happening.
Not trying to make anything happen.
Not resisting anything that's happening.
Simply being.
Just naturally we become aware of what's going on.
All sorts of experiences are happening.
We don't have to try to observe it or do anything about it.
Letting go of any trying.
Simply being.

Nothing you have to do.
Simply being.
Easily aware.
