Today we'll be adding a new guided meditation.
Today's guided meditation is a morning energy meditation.
It helps you to tap into subtle energies at the start of your day.
It's best to do this sitting up.
So sit comfortably,
Close your eyes,
And we'll begin the meditation.
So we'll drink in the energy of morning.
Morning has its own special energy.
Everything feels more awake.
The light has a certain quality.
There's sounds that we hear in the morning.
Take a moment to simply be aware of everything that's being experienced right now.
Aware of the sounds,
Aware of the thoughts coming and going.
Not minding thoughts,
Not trying to push them out and not following them.
Just letting them go the way they come.
Aware of the emotions that are present,
Sensations in the body.
Simply aware without resisting anything.
And bringing our attention again to the time of day,
To the morning.
Maybe there's still some sleepiness.
Maybe there's still some fatigue from the night before.
So let's take some nice deep breaths,
Breathing in the energy of morning.
Breathing in the nourishment and support of morning.
Deep breaths,
Letting the lungs fill with air.
Relaxing with the exhalation of the breath.
Ringo of any fatigue,
Any sleepiness.
Nice deep breaths.
And letting the belly relax so the breaths go deep into the belly.
Breathing in the energy of morning,
The start of the day.
And take a few more deep breaths.
And now let the breath return to normal,
Just going on its own.
And continuing to be aware of that quality of energy that's present in the start of the day.
Be aware of the light.
Bring your attention to light.
Perhaps you'll even notice that there's some sensation of light that you experience.
Bringing your attention to the light of the sun.
The sun that brings the day,
And drinking that in.
Bringing that energy of light,
That energy of morning,
Fill every cell in your body.
Now bring your awareness to a power center in your body,
Located in the middle of your pelvic region,
Deep inside.
Imagine a sphere of energy filled with power,
Filled with the energy of morning.
Let your awareness be with that.
You can just keep your attention on that area,
Or if you want to,
You can let it fill with energy or light.
Let it pulse and move in such a way that it's energizing.
See if you can do something with that center that brings energy.
Can spin.
Can expand.
Expanding a tract.
Can fill with light and radiate light.
Whatever works for you.
And now just feel that energy.
Let that energy move throughout your body.
And now bringing your awareness to your feet.
How do your feet feel?
Feeling the contact that they make with the floor.
Feeling the soles of your feet.
Letting your feet feel firmly planted on the floor and through that to the earth.
Letting the soles of your feet open up and letting energy stream up through the soles of your feet.
Feeling from deep in the earth,
The earth's energy radiating from the core.
You can just let that energy move up through your legs.
Up into your body,
Filling your whole body.
Up into your head.
Up to the crown chakra at the top of your head and letting that open and letting that energy stream out like a fountain.
Falling back to the earth.
And now for the rest of the meditation,
You can just be allowing in the energy of the morning.

All right,
Now we'll start to come out of meditation.
Knowing that any time during the day we can use these tools for energy.
Starting to become more active and stretch,
Move around a bit,
Take some deep breaths.
And then when you feel ready,
You can open your eyes.
