Today,
If everything goes according to plan,

Some say,
Is kind of like this sign that what you're doing in your life is aligning with what you're meant to be doing.
You're on the right track.
So we're gonna spend this meditation thinking about the things that we're doing in our life,
The direction that they're pushing us in,
And maybe any slight small adjustments that we'd like to keep us moving in that direction.
So find a comfortable position here today.
Settle down,
Feel grounded into your seat.
Maybe you're laying down,
Maybe you're sitting.
Whatever feels most comfortable today.
Invite you to sink just a little bit deeper into that.
Sinking deeper and deeper.
Feeling your body relax.
Feeling your legs start to soften down.
Your hips release any tension that's there on your next breath in.
Breathing into that area and releasing any tension.
Working our way up our backs through our bodies,
The center of our body.
Feeling our shoulders relax a little bit lighter here.
Maybe even on your next breath in,
Bringing them up towards your ears.
And as you breathe out,
Letting them fall down our bodies and our backs.
Continuing that relaxation down our arms to our hands,
Elbows,
And our upper arms.
Letting everything just rest easy.
And a reminder that your shoulders don't have to hold anything up.
As we think about what our priorities are,
Bring to mind something that is important to you.
Bring to mind the things in your life that you're currently spending your time on.
Or maybe that point of intuition that you know you should be spending your time on.
Taking a couple moments to watch it play out in front of you.
Being an observer to your life.
What are your priorities?
What are your dreams?
Noticing where your dreams go off to.
Noticing the feelings that come up inside of your body as you picture your dreams,
As you observe your dreams.
The things that light you up or excite you.
Also motivate you.
Where do you feel them?
What thoughts come into your mind as you think about your dreams?
As you think about any moments of intuition you might have recently had.
Shifting our perspective to even more realign with those dreams and those priorities.
Shifting to think about what else should we be doing?
What else do you want to be doing?
Not being too lofty,
But holding yourself.
Holding yourself.
Knowing that it's okay to push,
But it's also okay to accept where you are.
It's okay to be realistic with what you can adjust and what you just can't right now.
I'll give you a couple moments to sit in these possible changes.
And if no changes come to your mind,
Just sitting in what this present moment feels like.
Filling with your dreams and your priorities.
Slowly starting to come back to your body.
Slowly starting to come back to your body,
Your breath,
This present moment.
I'll leave you with an affirmation today,
Which is one that is filled with optimism.
I am optimistic and have power over my future.
Or more simply,
I have power over my life.
Starting to wake back up the body,
Coming back into the space you're in.
Maybe you hear sounds outside the room that you're in or sounds even within you.
Starting to notice your physical body,
Your hands,
Your ankles,
Maybe even noticing your neck and moving your head from side to side.
Whenever you're ready,
Making some bigger movements if that's available to you.
And if not,
Just slowly starting to blink open your eyes.
Knowing that you can come back to this practice or any practice whenever you need.
Taking another moment for yourself.
