Mallory is a 200 hr Certified Meditation Teacher located in Dallas Texas. She is trained in over 20 different styles of meditation. She loves helping people connect back to themselves and use the tools they have within them to live the life they want to live! Mallory is also a certified Life and Success Coach and focuses on using meditation for introspection in coaching. Most recently Mallory has expanded into guiding Active Breathwork practices, such as Conscious Connected Circular Breathwork, she continues to have fun learning new modalities. Some of her favorite aspects to include in a meditation are connecting back to your body, sitting in the present moment, visualizing who you want to be, and letting go of ideas/thoughts that no longer serve us.
