Even if the source of your trauma has been removed and you no longer have to just survive each day.
You may feel discarded,
Unimportant,
Abandoned,
Or even unsure if you can recover.
Me and all of this may feel insurmountable and you may feel unable to accept your own healing.
I am with you.

I too have felt the crushing agony that can be paralyzing.

No amount of logic will guide you.
You must honor the feeling of pain within you.

Loss is a part of life and the anguish you feel reveals what was so important to you.
This is a moment to let the loss be with you.
Unwilling your pain and loss as you are in a safe place to accept it.
Feel the love of the universe holding you with light as I send you love and light.
Breathe.
You are safe and accept your pain unconditionally and with love.
Relax as you exhale.
Find relief in your breath for just this moment.
Let your breath hold you.

Let me support you on your healing journey as you replace the trauma with your true self.

You release all that does not serve you.

Well-being has space to enter your life.
