Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Today's meditation is designed to help you get through a painful time in your life.
To help you process your emotions,
Comfort yourself,
Be with you in a moment of need.
Life can be cruel.
Life can be tough.
Life can be very challenging and shocking.
And so it's important that we learn how to show up for ourselves in these moments.
How to be our friends.
How to be our own heroes in moments of need and of suffering.
Take a moment to place your hand above your heart.
Connect with yourself.
Take a moment to say,
I'm here.
I am not abandoning you.
In this moment,
I am showing up for you.
No matter what you're going through,
We are going to get through this.
Not only that,
We're going to be stronger.
I know you're in pain right now.
I know how hard this is.
But you're not alone.
I love you.
I care.
I care.
I love you.
Allow yourself to feel.
Allow the emotions to come to the surface.
Give yourself permission to be in your pain.
And yet have that part of you that is also comforting you at the same time.
It's important to give ourself permission to feel.
To be vulnerable.
But it's also important to know what to say.
What we need and show up.
And so right now,
Ask yourself,
What do you need?
What can I do for you in this moment to make you feel loved,
Seen,
Valued,
And comforted?
Is there something that we can do together to make sure that we can be together?
Transform this pain into power.
So take a moment right now to say the things to yourself that you need to say.
Become your own parent right now.
What do you wish somebody could tell you right now to comfort you,
To love you,
And to support you?
And I want you now to say those things to yourself.
Let it out.
Say it.
Allow yourself to be raw and vulnerable.
There is a hero that lives within you.
A powerhouse.
A warrior.
That nothing and no one can destroy.
And so we invite them to step forward.
We invite them to assist us and to guide us.
Allowing us to have some level of power.
Some level of strength.
Into taking action.
What is it that you can do today,
Tomorrow,
And for the rest of your life?
To feel empowered.
To feel as though you are no longer a victim.
Allow them to speak to you and to guide you now.
And now,
Showering yourself with unconditional love and support from the universe,
From your guides,
And from yourself.
Turn those shadows into light.
Where there is darkness,
There is also light.
Activate that light.
Never allow the darkness to win.
Take a moment now to really appreciate yourself for being so strong.
Say thank you to you,
To who you are.
And tell yourself,
I love you.
Gently and slowly begin to slow down your breath.
And deepen your breath.
As you breathe in,
You go into the emotion.
And on the out-breath,
Gently begin to release it.
Going into it.
And letting it go.
Taking some time now to soothe your nervous system.
To calm your mind and your body.
Again,
Breathe in.
And gently let it out.
Again,
In.
And out.
Again,
In.
And let it go.
Just continue for a few more breaths.
Allowing those emotions to just pass through now.
Gently and lovingly returning your nervous system to its normal state.
Back to a peaceful and calm place.
Starting to feel a little lighter.
A little more peaceful.
And gently and slowly now we're going to return back to your body.
Back to the space.
Slowly,
Slowly expanding your awareness back.
Take your time.
And when it feels right,
Open your eyes.
