Hello everyone,
Welcome.
Get yourself in a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and listen to my voice.
Throughout this meditation trust your intuition,
The messages that you receive and allow your mind to guide you.
When you're ready begin to relax as best as you can,
Becoming aware of where you may be holding tension.
And as you deepen your breath,
On the exhale invite that part of your body to let go and relax even more.
Today's meditation is designed to help you attract love,
Our most natural desire,
Our birthright.
And so let's begin by thinking about what love means to you.
And how will love change your life?
How will it improve your life?
How will it uplift your spirit,
Allow you to feel connected and cared for?
And so bringing your focus and your attention to your heart now,
Feeling the little spark of warmth being activated just by thinking about love.
And I want you now to visualize a beautiful soft pink energy manifest in your heart.
This energy is warm,
Inviting,
Soothing and kind.
It allows you to feel safe and protected,
Cared for and nurtured.
And now the important thing when you call in love is to trust that the universe will deliver the perfect person to you.
To not project,
To not ask for a specific person.
That is affecting someone's free will and energy.
You must trust that God,
The universe,
The goddess has your best interest at heart and knows exactly who to bring in for you.
And with that in mind,
Are you ready?
If you like,
Place your hand on your heart and say,
I am ready to release all limitations about love,
All fears,
All doubts.
And I'm going to begin by severing the negative attachments to my past,
Where I've been hurt,
Where I've been let down,
Disappointed by all relationships,
Including romantic.
I now am ready to put forth a new energy,
A new frequency,
A new connection.
One that aligns with my highest and greatest good,
With my highest purpose.
I declare this to be my truth,
My energy,
My frequency.
And so it is.
And visualize that beautiful pink energy expand,
Expand and expand,
Feeling that power and that overwhelming sense of love.
And visualizing now a beautiful energetic pink cord shooting out of your chest,
Reaching out,
Calling,
Drawing in the perfect partner for you.
In the meantime,
Think about what it is that you need from a partner,
Not what you want,
What you need.
What you need.
Is it important to be prioritized?
Somebody who thinks about your needs?
What is your love language?
Touch?
Gifts?
Time?
Words of affirmation?
Take a moment to really think about what it is that you need from a person that will make you feel safe,
Cared for,
Valued,
Prioritized,
That will make you feel loved.
Are you willing to let go of the things that you think you want?
And trusting,
Believing that the universe knows exactly what you need.
And so surrendering to that as well,
Inviting in the universe to give you something even better than what you've ever dreamt of.
And now taking a moment to tell yourself that you are worthy of love.
That you are worthy of a healthy,
Loving,
Safe relationship.
That you deserve all the love and support.
And that you are ready to open your heart,
To shine your light,
And to be true to yourself and them.
And so now when you are ready,
Gently calling back that frequency,
Trusting that the vibration is now out there,
The manifestation is done.
Gently,
Slowly seeing that beautiful pink light fade away.
And if you haven't already,
You can rest your hand.
And now taking a moment of gratitude,

Beautiful human that will love me,
That will care for me.
