Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
When you're ready,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Just taking a moment to breathe in and breathe out,
Just centering yourself.
Today's meditation is designed to help you heal something that happened in your past that is still following you today.
Today we are going to heal a fear or a phobia.
And so,
Just trusting the process,
Giving yourself permission to be as present as you can be and trusting that you have the power to heal.
So,
As you breathe in,
As you breathe out,
Invite your body to release any tension,
Any stress,
To surrender completely.
Today you're going to achieve something that is going to make your life just a little better,
A little more comfortable.
And so,
Taking a moment to acknowledge this phobia or fear that you've been caring most of your life.
Fear is false evidence appearing real,
Even though to us it is very,
Very real.
There is something much deeper behind this fear.
A part of you that never felt safe,
A part of you that thought they might even die.
Phobias or fears are often created from a trauma in childhood or maybe even in a past life.
Sometimes these are passed down by family members.
And so,
If you already know where this started,
Acknowledge that.
But if you don't,
Be open.
Trust what comes to you today.
And so,
Today we invite our subconscious minds to reveal to us the beginning,
The root,
The cause of this phobia,
This fear that has been paralyzing us for most of our lives.
We also invite our higher selves to step forward to assist us in this healing,
In this resetting,
In this reprogramming.
Giving us permission to let go.
Giving us permission to reclaim our power,
Our safety and to be whole again.
And so,
I want you to visualize a staircase in front of you that spirals downward.
This staircase is actually going back,
Back in time when all of this started.
Back to a memory,
Back to the beginning of it.
And so,
When you're ready,
I'm going to count from 10 to 0.
And at each number,
You're going to take a step down into that memory.

0.
You are now back at the beginning of when this fear of phobia began.
And so,
I want you to take a moment to see where you are.
How old are you?
Are you alone or is there somebody with you?
Now,
I really need you to trust your inner vision.
Even if it feels like you're making it up,
That does not matter.
And so,
Trust yourself.
Just see,
Pay attention,
Feel,
Invite.
Notice how sensitive you were at that time.
What was going on for you prior to this moment?
Maybe you were already feeling fragile and needed reassurance.
Maybe you were feeling scared.
What was it?
Maybe you were just an empath.
And so now,
Notice what is happening that is causing this fear.
What was the actual event?
You are safe now.
But you need to replay it.
Beautiful.
So now,
We are going to save that younger version of yourself.
We are going to give them exactly what they needed at that time to not imprint this fear in them.
So I want you now to see yourself standing in this space,
In this moment,
Watching,
Seeing younger you or past life you and whoever else or whatever else is there.
This is not just you now.
This is the version of you that is empowered,
Powerful,
Strong,
And connected to your higher self.
I want you now to walk up to that version of you,
The younger version of you,
And replace anyone in that space that did not help you.
And as you are there,
Whatever is going on now,
It is time to save them,
To protect them,
To tell them exactly what they needed to hear.
It is your job now to give them the safety,
The love,
The support that they needed back then.
So play that in your mind now.
And as you play this in your mind,
Just notice how that version of you is reacting.
They might smile.
They might feel a little more relaxed.
Do they feel safer?
Continue to protect them,
To make them feel loved,
Seen,
And safe.
And when you are ready now,
Hold their hands,
Look at them in the eyes,
And tell them,
This cannot hurt you.
You are protected.
You are safe.
And I am here.
You have the power to protect yourself even if you want.
And then when you are ready,
Embrace them.
Hold them tight on your chest and see how they melt into you.
They literally melt into you,
Peacefully,
Calmly.
They feel so safe and protected.
Now,
Feel them now in your heart,
Finally at peace and relaxed.
And taking a moment now as this version of you with them inside of you,
To feel safe in this space,
To tell yourself anything that you need to keep you strong.
And slowly,
Slowly now,
I invite you to close your eyes and declare,
I reclaim the parts of me that have been lost.
I am whole again.
I declare my power,
My light.
It is done.
You now find yourself once again at the bottom of the staircase,
And I'm going to count from 0 to 10,
And gently returning back to this moment here and now.

You are now back here in this present moment with that part of you in your heart,
Where they are at peace,
Loved and safe.
I invite you to do this meditation many times,
To continue to peel the layers until you get to a place where you truly feel empowered.
And so taking a moment of gratitude for yourself for doing the work today.
And so we're going to begin now to return back into the space of feeling your breath,
Feeling the temperature of the air on your skin.
Maybe begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers.
And when it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
