Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and just let go.
Listen to my voice and surrender.
This is a guided meditation to help you deal with anxiety and so if you could just take a moment right now to take a deep breath in and let it go.
Two more times.
Breath in and let it go.
Last one.
Deep breath in.
Returning your breathing to its natural rhythm.
Life has its ups and its downs.
Life can be very stressful but for many of us we know how to release that stress and for some of us we simply hold on to it as if it's always there,
Waiting to boil over.
When you have anxiety it's often because there is a subconscious program,
Emotions stored,
Stuffed deep,
Hidden away,
That wish to be released,
That wish to come to the surface but we just push it back down and down and so today we are going to do some energetic healing around the stored energy that is in your subconscious.
To gently and lovingly release this frequency,
This negativity and it doesn't matter how it manifested,
All that it matters is that today we are going to release it.
And so bringing your focus and your attention to your breath,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Just being present with your breath as best as you can and just letting go of any expectation,
Of any thoughts.
Can you just be with your breath right now,
Just feeling it and nothing else.
If you notice any resistance that's perfectly normal and that's perfectly fine,
Don't judge yourself,
Just bring your attention back to your breath.
In,
Out,
In,
Out.
Now we are going to invoke your anxiety,
Not in a way where you're reliving that stress and that fear but in a sense of being aware of it,
Becoming familiar with it and trusting that you are in control through this process.
So when you think about your anxiety,
If you could just pay attention to your body right now and just notice where you are holding any tension,
Where does this anxiety live in your body?
Maybe you feel as though your throat is closing or maybe you feel your chest heavy,
Hard to breathe,
Maybe it's in your stomach,
Just become aware of it.
Now it's important to tell yourself that you are safe,
That you are loved,
That all is perfect and well in this moment and just keep breathing.
And so again,
Just being familiar with that sensation,
I want you now to visualize this anxiety,
Give it a color,
Give it a shape,
Wherever it is in your body and if you're not quite sure,
Just choose your heart.
Now what does it look like,
What does it feel like?
Maybe it's a dark cloud or maybe it's a grey ball of energy.
Whatever you see,
Trust.
Whatever you feel,
Trust.
At any point if you feel a little anxious or if it increases your emotions,
Just bring yourself back to your breath.
Take a deep breath in and gently release.
We are now going to call forth the assistance of the energies that are here to heal you,
To calm your nervous system,
To help you release this pattern and heal your body.
Gently above you a beautiful,
Soft,
Blue light shines down.
This light gently begins to surround your body,
Swirling around the top of your head,
Moving down the rest of your body.
This is a very soothing,
Calming,
Loving,
Cold energy.
It calms down,
Cooling your body on the outside,
Gently releasing any negativity.
It just brings about a sense of expansion,
A sense of peace.
And now I want you to breathe in this light,
Breathe it into your lungs,
Feel it swirl and move around.
Now as you invite this frequency to be around and within you,
We are going to ask it and invite it to find the energy of anxiety that lives within your body and to assist it in helping us to heal,
Reprogram and gently release this toxic energy.
So as you breathe in,
You will see this energy begin to migrate through your body and find that source.
As it finds it,
It will move around it,
Gently coaxing it and on the out-breath it's going to gently pull that energy out of your body,
Releasing it out of your system.
You can think of it as an energy exchange.
One energy enters and the other energy is let go.
Picture that energy being released from your body.
Whatever color you saw it,
Just see that color being exited out of your body as you exhale.
And at each inhale,
That soft blue color takes its place,
Replacing,
Healing and restoring that area of your body.
As this happens,
You begin to feel more at peace,
More lighter,
More open,
More relaxed.
I now give myself permission to let go of this pattern and of this energy that is stagnant within my system.
I now give myself permission to let go of the past,
Of the memories and of the subconscious programmings that are linked to this frequency that has been causing me pain.
I now invite my mind,
My body,
My spirit to align.
Align in peace.
Align in healing.
Align in safety.
It is safe for me to be okay.
It is safe for me to be healthy.
It is safe for me to be at peace.
I am worthy of safety.
I am worthy of peace and I am worthy of joy.
And just continue the breathing and just continue the relaxation and just see the last of that dark cloud or whatever color you saw leave your body.
In its place now,
There is a beautiful soft blue diamond glowing,
Glistening,
Activating all of your nervous system,
Allowing it to feel empowered and safe.
I'm just taking a moment now of gratitude for this shift,
Of gratitude for this release and for this healing.
You are welcome to stay here for a little longer or if you are ready you can begin to return.
Gently expanding your awareness back into your body,
Back into the space.
