Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Today's meditation is designed to help you accepting something that you are struggling with,
Accepting something in your life,
Maybe about your past,
Present,
Maybe even future,
Accepting a situation that is causing maybe pain,
Suffering within you.
And so let's begin by allowing ourselves to see what it is that we are struggling with,
The problem that is causing suffering.
And just noticing in your body where you might feel a reaction,
You might feel tightness,
Heaviness,
Maybe even physical pain.
So when you think about this thing that you cannot accept,
That you are struggling with,
Pay attention as to how your body reacts and where you hold this energy,
The suffering most.
And just breathing through it,
Feeling the emotions,
Feeling what you need to feel right now and trusting the healing process,
Surrendering to what is,
Accepting the fact that you might be powerless.
And why are you not okay with that?
Why do you have a need to try and change the situation?
Ask yourself that.
And now I want you to become aware of how holding on to this idea of needing to change,
Of not accepting how it holds you back in your life,
How it causes suffering,
How it causes emotional turmoil,
And maybe how it leaks into your relationships and your life.
And now ask yourself,
Outside of this situation,
What is it that I can do?
What is it that I can change,
Improve,
Resolve in my life that I may not be paying attention to?
Because maybe all of your focus and your attention is stagnant.
So really take a moment to think about this,
In what parts of my body or within me or in my world,
In my reality,
Do I have the power to improve,
To heal,
To shift?
And what does it mean to truly let go,
To truly surrender and accept that this is something that you cannot change?
Maybe not right now,
Or maybe never.
But why are you trying so hard to hold on to this?
How can you teach yourself to let go?
And now we're going to call down the assistance of your guides and your higher self today to shine their beautiful healing light upon you.
Just seeing a beautiful white light cascading down gently surrounding you,
Swirling around,
And cleansing the energy in the room and around you.
And now invite this light,
Invite it into you,
Into the part of your body where you are holding this frequency,
The pain,
The resentment,
Whatever it may be,
The energy that is related to you not being able to let go.
And as you invite it,
Feel that frequency,
That tension gently and slowly melting away.
And now inviting your guides and your higher self to send you messages healing frequencies and anything that may assist you on your healing journey.

Slowly taking a deep breath in and let it all go.
Take your time,
Slowly expanding your awareness back,
Back into your body,
Back into the space.
