Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes.

Follow your breath in and out.

In and out.

Just giving yourself permission to be present with yourself,

With your breath,

Just as you are.

And let's begin by becoming self-aware.

What is causing stress?

What is causing anxiety in your life?

And just allow those emotions,

Sensations,

Thoughts to arise.

And I invite you to do your best to just observe.

Pay attention to the sensations and how your mind reacts.

How your body feels and how it weighs on your heart.

And now,

When you're ready,

I want you to invite the version of you that is wise.

Calm,

Safe,

Feeling this presence soothing your mind,

Soothing your heart,

Feeling a sense of comfort,

Of love,

Of support.

And suddenly,

Above your head,

A beautiful soft blue light shines down,

Surrounding you.

It has a cooling sensation,

Removing any negativity,

Toxicity,

Amplifying a sense of peace,

Of love and tranquility.

And just inviting now this beautiful soft light into your heart,

Into your mind,

Allowing it to move within and through you.

And as it moves within,

It cools down your mind,

Your heart and your nervous system.

Amplifying a feeling of peace,

Of belonging,

Allowing you to relax even more.

And just continuing the breathing and now inviting this beautiful blue light to help you release any more tension,

Fears,

Doubts,

Insecurities,

Anything that is causing you stress.

And you can visualize this heaviness being released as a dark cloud,

Gently seeping out of your skin,

Being released with your outer breath or any other way your imagination wishes to release it.

Feeling lighter,

Feeling more peaceful and even more relaxed than before.

Absolute tranquility now within and around you.

And now taking a moment of gratitude for taking the time to attend to your mind,

To your heart and to your body.

Caring for yourself more than ever,

Loving yourself more than ever.

And just taking a moment to remind yourself that you have access to the version of you that is peaceful and to this beautiful blue light whenever needed.

Just close your eyes and call for them.

And it's time now to come back.

So slowly,

Slowly expanding your awareness back into your body,

Back into the space,

Take your time.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.

May you have a peaceful day.
