Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Just take a moment to connect with your breath and intentionally release any stress,
Any anxiety with your outbreath.
And on the in-breath,
Invite in that energy,
That flow,
That peace that surrounds you.
Just getting yourself into a relaxed state,
Just getting yourself as best as you can into your present self.
And taking a moment now just to give yourself some love,
Some attention and acknowledge the fact that you have taken this time today to heal and to be present.
And now let's call forth the angels to assist you,
To guide you and to heal you.
And I want you to visualize a beautiful circle of celestial light forming around you.
Peaceful,
Glowing and shimmering light that keeps you and the space that you're in at a high frequency.
And today we're going to call forth the angel that is assigned to you,
That is assigned to help you heal and to assist you with anything that you need help with at this time in your life.
And so ask yourself,
What do I need help with right now?
What do I need assistance with?
And once you find it,
Set your intention and call forth the angel.
And suddenly above you,
A beautiful celestial white light shines and you feel their peaceful,
Loving,
Warm,
Kind presence around you.
As the angel surrounds you with love and support,
Just take a moment now just to connect with them.
Feeling their presence,
Feeling their love,
Feeling their light and knowing that they will be with you now throughout your day to help you and assist you.
Keep an eye out for synchronicities and messages as they will let you know that they are still by your side.
And now the angel places their hand on your heart to help you heal and uplift your frequency.
And just feeling their love,
Feeling their light in and around you.
And it's time now to gently begin to return,
Slowly expanding your awareness back into the space,
Back into your body.
When it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
