Dominik Kavallar is a hypnotist & mental trainer, and has been a spiritual companion to many at an early age. These are key ideas everyone needs to know! We need to teach this to our children and young people who are directionless and spending too much time on social media. Great course and reminder about the value of not just pushing through pain barriers, but in appreciating them for what they are and allowing ourselves to grow and benefit from hardship.
