Restorative sleep is a basic need for all of us and essential for a vital and healthy life. This guided trance is made for all people who have problems falling asleep, sleeping through or who simply wish to improve the quality of their sleep. Let yourself be carried away into deep and peaceful sleep and learn to drop everything that is hindering you to do so. This hypnotic trance session is designed to guide you into deep sleep,

Which means that the goal of this guided meditation is not to reach a state of alpha or tether brain waves like in common meditations,

But to sink even deeper into delfa,

The state of deep and restful sleep.

According to this,

There won't be any words or sounds that will end this guided trance.

So,

Find a comfortable place where you can lay down and rest for a long period of time.

Lay down in your bed or any other place where you want to rest and sleep.

And if a day passes like a movie in front of your eyes,

Or if a day seems to fly by,

It is your absolute right to grant yourself to stop and rest in such a way that is most pleasant for yourself.

And with this comfortable resting,

To sink into a deep meditative trance,

And you might recognize that the more you relax,

The better you feel,

And the better you feel,

The deeper your relaxation becomes.

Exactly like that.

And with every breath and every one of my words,

Even deeper and deeper into that soothing state of peace and serenity,

You find yourself in a place where you can direct all of your gentle attention to your inner world and your well-being.

You are laying on a comfortable mattress or chair,

Your eyes are still open,

And you look gently into the empty.

You notice your breath going in and out.

You don't have to do anything for it.

You merely observe.

You can feel the weight of your body,

And how your body becomes heavier and heavier with each exhale.

You can hand over all of its weight to your mattress.

And while you recognize that you don't have to carry your body anymore,

You start to notice that your eyes are getting really tired.

Tired and heavy.

A strong irresistible tiredness in your eyes.

So you can't help but let your upper eyelids slowly sink deeper and deeper.

Deeper and deeper they sink,

Until they come to rest.

And you sink deeply into this wonderful state of relaxation and serenity.

All of this and infinitely more things are happening at this moment,

Whilst your attention follows my words,

Which are guiding you deeper and deeper,

With each of my words a bit more relaxed,

A bit more still.

And the deeper your relaxation,

The better you feel.

And the better you feel,

The deeper your relaxation becomes.

And so it can happen that one doesn't exactly know whether the line between dream and reality are like just before falling asleep.

Where you can just let yourself float,

Without understanding,

Without knowing,

But with trust.

Like a child,

Totally safe and sheltered.

Just be.

Now I'm going to count for you from one to three.

On the count of three you open your eyes and you appear to be wide awake.

Then I'm going to count back from three to one.

And on the count of one you close your eyes again and sink even deeper.

I'm going to count for you from one to three.

On the count of three you open your eyes and you seem to be wide awake.

And then when I'm going to count back from three to one,

You close your eyes and you sink even deeper.

One,

Two,

Three,

Three,

Two,

One,

Double asleep,

Even deeper,

Even deeper.

Again,

One,

Two,

Three,

Three,

Two,

One,

Close your eyes,

Deeper and deeper you sink,

Deeper and deeper.

Very good.

Deeper and deeper you sink,

Deeper and deeper you sink,

Very good.

And now I invite you to go on a journey with me.

You don't have to do anything for it,

But to let my words guide your attention deeper and deeper into your own self.

Let it all go,

Let it go.

Just follow my words.

And your journey begins.

It begins with a bright and safe staircase appearing in front of your inner eye.

It is leading downstairs.

This staircase is designed for you and meets all your wishes and needs.

You feel attracted by this beautiful staircase and you start to walk downstairs,

Step by step.

Deeper and deeper you go,

In your own pace you go deeper and deeper,

Step by step.

Step by step,

Deeper and deeper downstairs until you arrive.

There is a door in front of you.

You look at it.

Maybe you can see it very clearly.

Maybe it is changing its shape,

But one thing you can notice very clearly.

There is this golden sign on the middle of this door,

Which is saying,

My space of rest and well-being.

You open the door slowly and you enter this wonderful room of calmness and serenity.

And while entering this room you recognize that it is impossible to take anything with you that is not serving your ability to rest and relax.

And so you feel an immediate tiredness in your whole body.

It feels good.

Your whole being is bathing in the soothing atmosphere of this calm space.

As you look around you can notice a couch somewhere in this room.

This couch seems to be the most comfortable couch you have ever seen in your entire life.

You cannot help but walk straight towards it and have a seat.

And yes,

It really is the most comfortable couch you have ever been sat on.

So you feel this strong urge to lay down and have a rest.

And your thoughts start to fade and your mind starts to drift off far away,

Far away.

Until a last thought dissolves into nothing.

Your whole being is shrouded in this pleasant tiredness.

You enjoy.

While every one of my words makes you more and more tired,

More and more relaxed.

And in this moment everything else is totally unimportant.

Because you can experience how wonderful it feels to let go.

And just drop everything that you might still hold on to.

And you know you have come here because you want to gift yourself this wonderful present of healing and restorative peace.

And you know that your subconscious loves to learn disability with ease.

So that you can trust into your inner intelligence that is now resolving all the things that have burdened you in the past.

You are here because it is your wish to sink into deep sleep whenever you need it.

Whenever you wish you can let yourself sink into this state of deep sleep.

Naturally,

Without having to think about it,

Surrendering to this irresistible tiredness that is rolling over your being like a gentle wave of warm water.

Free from pressure,

Mental noise or any other things that don't serve your ability to rest and sleep.

Because you know that you deserve to grant yourself the right to rest and relax.

And everything that has stopped you from falling into deep sleep is now losing all its meaning to you.

And your body,

Your mind and your subconscious are now working perfectly together to enable you to drift off into deep sleep.

Whenever you wish to do so.

So it is clear that from now on you can easily fall asleep,

Sleep through.

And your subconscious is already finding solutions how it can reach that what it has now already found without you needing to know how your wish happened to be fulfilled.

Because the how is none of your business,

But the business of your deeper self.

And this self learns deep,

Deep in the unknown.

So you just enjoy nothing to know,

Nothing to understand,

Nothing to do.

Because all of the words spoken settle deep into your being and have been absorbed like a dry sponge absorbs warm water.

And so it is for certain that those words have fallen on fertile ground and have already started to sprout.

And all the wonderful effects can be experienced while you have nothing to do at all.

But let go,

Sink deep and rest.

Very good,

I’ve been using this every night. It’s the best thing I’ve found that works for helping me to sleep. I was surprised be the loud counting but it definitely helps make me more relaxed each time. Very effective. Thank you.
