Living with chronic blood cancer Amanda brings a deep understanding of the transformative power of meditation to her role as a certified meditation teacher. She has personally experienced the profound benefits of meditation practices in cultivating resilience, joy, and gratitude for life's blessings. Through her journey, Amanda has discovered how meditation can offer support, encourage resilience, and help cultivate a sense of inner peace. With a love of lifelong learning, Amanda has completed over 2000 hours of yoga teacher training with specialties in meditation, chair yoga, restorative yoga, and Pilates, and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). She is deeply passionate about inspiring others to embrace life with joy, mindfulness, and positivity. Through her teachings and compassionate guidance, she empowers others to navigate life's challenges with grace, cultivate inner peace, and embrace each day with a sense of gratitude and joy.
