Throughout this course we will develop consistency on our meditation practice sustained on its four pillars: Posture, Gesture, Focus, Intention. We will do it lightly and objectively, deconstructing meditation as something easy or difficult, and mainly making evident its simplicity as a practice that anyone, under any circumstance, can introduce and explore in their life, highlighting the perspective "I Am Enough". In each episode we will have a light meditation practice to flesh out the content of each of the pillars, making the meditation progressively more solid and supported as we progress through the classes. At the end of the course, students are expected to have acquired a more simplified perspective of meditation and be more available to practice meditation by themselves. At the end of each class please write a word on the comments as the echo of the class in yourself, thank you very much. Enjoy your meditations and enjoy life with meditation!
